"We had a wonderful time at the onsen. The staff was incredibly friendly and ready to help with any questions. They told us which train to take to Nara upon departure and booked a private transfer to the train station. We took a lovely walk to the waterfalls during the day. The traditional dinner and breakfast were also wonderful. The hotel atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and rest. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful time."
