Lovely hotel, great breakfast, very very comfortable bed, room and shower. I just feel the pool service and food could have been better, also no valet parking.

Due to the cancellation of flights by fly dubai, we requested a cancellation or change of reservation. They refused without explanation.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the entire team made us feel incredibly welcome. A special thanks goes to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, who were exceptionally kind and attentive to all our needs. Every meal was a delight, and the service in the restaurants was warm, professional, and consistently thoughtful. Housekeeping also went above and beyond, visiting twice a day and keeping our room spotless and ensuring we were always comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail throughout. We’re so grateful for the hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future.

My stay at the kempinski hotel in muscat was not as good as expected from a five star international hotel.. My friends and I encountered unfavorable treatment from some of the staff and other mishaps at the hotel, however it wasn’t all bad as I did find the room comfortable and in general the interior of the hotel was nice and minimalistic with a touch of modern class. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed kayaking at beach and most importantly I like how the manager compensated us after all the trouble we had during our stay ..

We asked for late check out but male receptionist refused two times. However while doing the check out the omani female receptionist extended our stay for two hours. Unfortunately I dont remember the names and i am really thankful for that lady and upset bcoz of that receptionist who refused the late check out bcoz of him i gave 3/5 service.

Great property, lived the Café food for lunch and the service, reception and concierge are very friendly too. Rooms are simple but big. Location is a bit far from main atractions but close to the airport.

The modern equipment of the whole hotel is still good. At the beginning, there will be a big difference in design compared with the W Hotel. After going up, it is still good overall. It also reflects the country's emphasis on tourism, the possibility of the development of the hotel industry and the surrounding serviced apartment projects. There are very few Chinese people. Oman is a visa-free country. From the overall feeling of entry, it is still very modern and good. Although there is a so-called special channel for tipping when entering the country, 10 Omani currency, if you take a taxi, you can not go to the reservation counter at the exit of the arrival hall to call. After exiting the exit, the taxi entrance is still good.

Nothing to say, very satisfied, the scenery, service, food and price are all excellent. Will come again. The swimming pool is crystal clear and the water has a fragrant smell. Thai food, Indian food, Middle Eastern food, all restaurants taste great
