Hyatt Place Murfreesboro

Reserved a room to sleep 4. Once we were in for the night and went to fold out the couch, realized the couch will not fold out. The area is too small for the couch. The front desk staff is aware of the problem, yet hotel continues to advertise that the room sleeps 4 . Front desk not able to fix problem and kept deferring to manager. Manager was not there when we checked out nor have I received any communication from them 4 days after departure. Building/room/grounds are clean and well maintained.

Housekeeping threw away my prescription soap. I informed front desk and management was suppose to call me and I never received a call. This is unprofessional and a violation of my personal property.

Great hotel with a helpful and accommodating staff, very clean, really convenient bar/restaurant with a friendly bartender

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Murfreesboro! The staff were beyond kind and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable! Breakfast was prepared differently each day and there was some variety; eggs, meat, sourdough or wheat bread for toast, bagels, oatmeal and three different cereals, and fresh fruit. We had biscuits and gravy once and pancakes once. There was coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, and a non-dairy milk. Hyatt Place is in a great location too, with plenty of restaurants, stores, and historical sites nearby.

The staff at Hyatt Place were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were always welcoming and inviting when we arrived and returned to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and modern. Bed linens and towels were also very clean.
