The service was great! Check in was quick and easy. The pool was closed the two days we were there and that was a big reason we booked at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was all right. The made to order omelets we fantastic the rest of the food offered was fine.

This location should not be allowed in the Hilton collection and it is definitely not like any Embassy Suites I have ever stayed in. It is old, rooms smell of dirty carpet and foul odor. The manager Mr. Reece is non responsive and the staff are nice but not very helpful. Everything is referred back to Mr. Reece who doesn't respond. I departed early and will never stay here again. If the facilities are not nice and updated then the staff should at least be helpful. Unfortunate because this location tarnishes the Hilton brand.

I believe in approaching all situations with patience, clarity, and compassion — even when I’m being wronged. But I also believe in truth, and in calling out behavior that causes harm. We arrived at Embassy Suites Murfreesboro around 3AM on Saturday, June 14th, after a long and difficult day due to the flooding and cancellation of Bonnaroo. We were quoted $250 plus tax for a one-night stay through Sunday morning at 11 AM. No confirmation was printed at the desk nor was an email sent. They took my card on file though and we went to the room. By noon Saturday, a staff member quietly entered our room expecting us to check out — which contradicted to what we just booked for at the front desk only nine hours ago. Rest was our priority before a long drive home. When we tried to resolve this, we were met with a general manager who was aggressive, argumentative, and dismissive. He insisted we checked in at 1:30 AM, but our receipt clearly shows the charge was processed at 3:30 AM. Instead of listening or engaging in good faith, he argued for no reason other than ego. What could’ve been a simple correction became a hostile interaction. The energy at the front desk was so heavy, two police officers were present. Not sure if they always have county officers onsite at this location but it was a very unwelcoming demeanor from all of the staff. I paid my bill. I did not cause a scene. But this manager now has a paying guest who has gone to Hilton corporate — not out of anger, but necessity. Hospitality means listening. It means creating peace for travelers, not tension. If you can’t hear your guests, you should not be in this field. This experience reminded me how far some people stray from empathy in the pursuit of being “right.” It’s a shame.

Beautiful property, friendly staff and clean! The lobby is open with a bar and fountains, clear elevators and very cool 10 floor building! Room is so very spacious and clean, clean clean! And how can you beat a wonderful reception happy hour! The room decor may be a little retro and the bed a little too soft, but it is spacious and clean. Breakfast is amazing and did I mention the amazing staff! Only problem for me as a pre-menopausal woman, the thermostat in our room, it’s “sticky” in here on the 9th floor with a motion activated thermostat. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

The staff at front desk were rude when we arrived. Only two elevators worked when we arrived, and only one was working when we left. It was noisy all night in our room. The air conditioning did not work.

Great service provided by the staff, especially Gregory the bartender who was able to accommodate my large party for dinner the first night we got there. Was amazing with everyone and he went above and beyond for us. Greatly appreciate him. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location near lots of restaurants and a walkable area of shops.
