I recently stayed at this hotel after its renovation, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The updates are beautiful, everything feels fresh, modern, and very comfortable. What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. The front desk manager and her team were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. It’s clear that a lot of care and effort went into both the renovation and the customer service here. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to family and friends.

I will start with check in - did online check in. Got a text welcoming me . I replied" be there soon". Follow up text reminding me to stop by for the great doubletree cookie and my water. Room was what you would expect . Spoke to Chelsey . She was fantastic. It was diversified conversation about travel , disney , how credits are handled for food and beverage. Great interaction and great knowledge. I then spoke to Ariyana in the morning . Another great conversation. Both were excellent to deal with . Both are assets to this property. There was another young lady I think her name was Angel she was very good as well , I just didn't talk to her as much. This property is in a great location. No matter what your need it is close by . I mean within walking distance if you want. Walmart , Depot, Pet supplies, Panera , tons of stores and restaurants. The hotel also offers a local shuttle . I would say this is a go to when in this area.

Our convention booked us there. Unfortunately they rented rooms on our floor to kids at a tennis tournament and a soccer tournament. These kids were uncontrolled and running the hallways. Three nights we suffered doors opening and closing and kids yelling. The manager stated he would talk to the coaches. Nothing changed until we called and got a security guard up at midnight.

We had an amazing experience at the Doubletree! We were here to visit family, and our stay was clean, welcoming, and easy. We tried to Burger Bar for the first time, and was thrilled with our bartender, Jay. He was so attentive & made our experience great. We had to wait a little bit for the food, but Jay communicated with us & l made sure we were always good during our wait. Will go back again for Jay!

Lost a loyal 4-year customer in about the time it takes to check in. After a 13-hour drive to move my daughter into college, I discovered the hotel had kindly double-charged me, draining my account and bouncing my bills. Instead of solving the problem, management offered empty apologies, misinformation about how banks work, and the classic “just wait 5–7 days” solution. When I (reasonably) expressed frustration, I was accused of being aggressive and even told I could cancel—convenient advice, considering they were already holding nearly $900 of my money. As a bonus, they charged an extra $90 in incidentals after I explained I couldn’t afford food or gas. Customer service innovation at its finest. The hotel itself was a marvel: elevators out of service, water outages two days in a row (always between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.—perfect timing if you like not showering), and construction crews loudly perfecting their profanity. Running water is apparently optional in the hospitality industry. Although management insisted a refund had been processed, I had to dispute the charge as fraud with my bank, who promptly credited me. That’s what customer care looks like. Meanwhile, the hotel tried to charge me again for incidentals at checkout. Positives? The coffee was decent, the bed comfortable, and the renovated rooms easy on the eyes. Unfortunately, good coffee and new wallpaper don’t cover for leadership that’s allergic to accountability. I had planned to stay here regularly while visiting my daughter over the next four years. After this experience? No chance. Elevators can be fixed. Broken management cannot.

Other than minor inconveniences from the ongoing remodeling, our stay was excellent. The staff was attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed the amenities. We are excited to rebook in the future and look forward to seeing the hotel fully renovated, as the improvements we experienced so far have been very impressive.

It’s a dated facility. Rooms ate clean but needs updating. All outlets were stripped. Bathtub needs updating to a walk in shower. Decor is 25+ years old.

The pool is pretty awsome, the staff was amazing. Thank you Angel for the comps. Dont forget tje water and cookies honestly this place was perfect we will be back
