The location is good but the food is not good. And the room is dirty and poor furniture. But the bathroom is not bad. Over all the room is not good and it's poor. They need to change the furniture and bed.

Looks like an Overpriced Hotel..
The room was not up to the mark. Had stains on bed.
Location is easily accessible near the main road itself..

Property was good. Rooms were nice, bathrooms were clean and modern. Walls were thin though, and soundproofing was not there,but at the price range its a pretty good deal. The food however was lacking, in both options and taste. The complementary breakfast was okay, but when we went for lunch there were limited options and the food was overpriced and not that great. But other than that it was a great stay. The check in time was 1 pm but we reached early,by around 12, and they let us check in fairly quickly, and the service was good too. The central location meant the bus stops were within walking distance making it convenient to reach the hotel without a vehicle. The parking is limited though,so that would be a potential issue during busier seasons.

Our stay at Hotel Bellmount Munnar was very comfortable. The hotel is just on the roadside. Easy to approach, clean, and well maintained. Staff cooperative. They obliged my early check-in request. This hotel has its own restaurant, and the food served was tasty. Room service was quick.
Thank you MMT for getting this Hotel room booked at a reasonable price at the peek season of Munnar.

Reception completes their task professionally. Room service for any demands were serviced to our satisfaction. Complementary breakfast has variable menu items suitable for different age group of people and different culture.
