Wonderful place. Really superb service - everyone was very helpful and friendly. The place is situated in the middle of a rain forest..and so was full of amazing bird and wildlife sounds. The trees, plants and flowers are all amazing. Little electric golf cart buggies take you around and arrive by magic it seems and with umbrellas if needed. The room was big and spacious and nice walkways through to the rooms. We went in a jeep up to the top of a nearby mountain..the views were amazing.

The nature of this resort and the beautiful surroundings is very soul calming! We enjoy every minor of our stay and would definitely come here again! The staff and the food is a service we appreciated the most!

Location: 5 star Facility and service: 5 star Staff behaviour and response time : 5 star Had a lovely and relaxing stay @ Tall Trees. We ended up extending a day more.

Beautiful property and the best part is their staff . Very kind and helpful. The tea tasting in the evening was a great experience. The covered and heated swimming pool and jacuzzi was a big hit with the kids. The breakfast spread was vast . You can have a relaxing holiday without stepping one foot out of the property!

Amazing Experience with this Hotel... Start from the Room till food Experience in Restaurant. Must say Amazing staff Mr Shijo.. Eliyavu, Mr Elisha, Ms. Alisha , and Chef Jomon in restaurant to make sure you eat well and put on before go back.. I have so much to write but now time to leave so bye bye with lots of love to this place.

It was a cozy stay. The staffs were warm and welcoming. Vishnu Surendran directed us to the property. For our previous trips as well we had contacted him; and each time his recommendations were spot-on. Mark, the manager, Sijo Marayoor who was in-charge of the restaurant were excellent in their service and made us feel at home. We had a nice time with our family. It was a blast as well as a relaxing experience for us.

Amazing experience, peace and greenery. Staff is very courteous. Shoutout to Vijin ! They also have day long activities to keep you engaged and temperature controlled pool as well Just make sure to come from Dam side from main road. Left side road is very steep and google maps can suggest that.
