# Apartment didn’t get cleaned during the entire 5 days stay, regarding the hotel cleaning only after 7 days, after complaint we got new towels.
# Upper floor is very low, only 1m high not possible for adults.
# 7am in the morning outside work with trucks started every day.
# Shower place was covered just with a small glass barrier, after showering the bath room was completely under water, bad construction.
# Beds where very soft, sofa not comfortable, room was VERY small for a family of 3.
# Airco was VERY noisy.

This is a very small, dingy hotel. The plumbing and wiring are hanging loose, and dust falls on my face while I sleep. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work, and people are complaining at the front desk until 2 a.m. It's hot and stuffy late at night. Not only are there no bottled water in the room, but the front desk doesn't even sell water. The iron is also dirty, and the stains on my white shirt won't come out even after washing. There's a waiter at the front desk with coffee-stained skin who looks like a Turkish man. His attitude is terrible. When I report a problem to him, he just says, "This is not a five-star hotel! Go back to your room!"
