I arrived quite late at reception, did the self check in and when I arrived in the room my bed was alredy used by someone else, went back to reception and was moved in another room. There was no ventilation or AC so needed to sleep with open windows and hear all the noise and screems from outside. The only good thing in the new room was the fact that was not so smelly like the initial room, but was very noisy.
They say they have a rooftop which anyway could not see as was close and they open at certain hours. I was in other A&O hostels in other cities and had better oppinion and experiece but this one was not a nice experience.

one saturday early morning,3 girls guests brought twe boys who were NOT guests in my dorm room. And they begun making love on each bunk bed with LOUD SOUND! i said reception stuff please stop them fxxcking.but the stuff did NOTHING unfortunately.i checked out reluctantly.is this normal in munich?

Хорошее местоположение, чистый и современный номер.
Минусы: в ванной воняло канализацией. Окна номера выходили на общий балкон, и любой другой человек с улицы или отеля мог на него придти. Так и произошло: кто-то в пять утра пришел на него попить пива возле нашего окна. Хорошо, что шторы были завершены.
Общая кухня неприятная, мало приборов.
Персонал отеля не отвечает на сообщения в чате бронирования.

每間房間有獨立廁所和浴室，但並不通風。
五樓有Sky bar，星期一至五的晚上8點至凌晨2點開放，對於住5樓而晚上想睡覺的朋友來說會是地獄，非常嘈雜。
每張床有兩個USB-A的充電位，但床頭沒有插頭使用，非常不便。各個插頭離床亦較遠。
房間十分通風，鄰近街道和電車軌，晚上會不時有燈光照入房間，但關了窗簾就會較為不通風。
位置、價錢和衛生非常好，只需有眼罩和耳塞，插頭的延長線可住得很舒適。

This hotel is terrible! The only advantage is that it is close to the train station. It is very complicated to check in by yourself, the front desk does nothing and the attitude is also bad. The key is that it is on the second floor, close to the road. It is very hot and stuffy with the windows closed, and it is very bad with the windows open. I can't sleep well at all!
