酒店位置非常好，靠近慕尼黑火車站。
服務：前台工作人員非常熱情。
設施：酒店有電梯，設施有點陳舊，但是基礎功能設施都齊全。
衞生：乾淨程度一般般，可能趕上慕尼黑的啤酒節，酒店價格不便宜，且下雨天酒店的床單不是很乾凈。

It was a convenient location but lots of noisey people seem to congregate late in the evening and needed window open due to heat. Would have been fine in cooler weather with window closed.
I found all the staff very friendly and would stay again. Room was spacious.

Firstly the staff were great. Special mention to Joe. He was really friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, couldn’t have done more. We w3nt for a one night Octoberfest stay, location great, right by station, around 15 min walk to event. Rooms clean, showers good, strong water pressure! Storage for bags,
Budget hotel but done well. Would go back.

I recently stayed at Creatif Hotel Elephant and was extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, the receptionist is a loud and rude black woman
The layout of the hotel felt nothing like a proper hotel; it was more like a backpacker hostel. The facilities were very old.
Our room was downright terrifying, filled with trash and a foul smell. The bedding was dirty and disgusting.
This experience felt like being in hell, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location just a very short walk from the main train station. No restaurant in the hotel so if you had breakfast booked it was at there sister hotel 100 metres away. The room was extremely hot and if you had the window open it was so noisy from the street below, felt very vulnerable as a load of people were hanging around across the street all day drinking and smoking so didn't feel safe. The hotel closed at 2200 but you did get a key with your room key to let yourself back in.
