There was a man at the front desk who seemed racist and made some unpleasant jokes to me. Since it was my second time staying there, I knew how to get to the garage. I parked my car in advance and went to check in. I said I wanted to pay for parking and he said of course. After a pause, he said: if you don’t want to pay, I cannot say anything. I asked why? He said cuz you already parked. I was well-mannered and didn’t argue with him! He gave me the room card but not the password paper, so I had to come down again to ask for the password paper (I saw him checking in a white couple and he just gave the paper directly). He also argued that he sent the password to my email. I asked him to print it for me and he reluctantly printed it for me.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and would like to share my experience. The room I stayed in is in a quiet location and is also close to the train station, which was extremely convenient. A particular highlight of the room was the small window in the shower that let in natural light, making for a pleasant showering experience.
The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge and even a Nespresso machine. The impression of the kitchenette was further enhanced by the use of black granite countertops. Crockery and cutlery were also available, which made self-catering very convenient.
The room had a large modern Philips TV with internet connection, offering a variety of entertainment options. But the most outstanding feature of the stay was the extremely friendly staff, who were always helpful and courteous. Overall, my stay here was extremely pleasant and comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel.
