有史以來見過最差的酒店，沒有之一！房間裏面沒有空調，裏面還有抽煙的味道，窗户大開。30多度的天氣，衹有電扇，洗手間裏還有頭髮，下水也不通，酒店刷預授權是無限額的，然後你走了馬上從你卡里刷走300歐元，告訴是你吸煙的罰款，然後就用這種方法一直騙錢，從入住第一天攜程就和酒店溝通換房間，直到退房都沒有結果，攜程讓旁邊重新訂帶空調的酒店，最後攜程讓你自己承擔費用，退房錢兩個小時攜程又告訴説可以聯繫上酒店了，也不知道酒店是騙子還是攜程現在用的代理不加審核，全是騙子！兩晚酒店實際支出費用8300，攜程真的是可笑透了！等待攜程處理結果，看看到底接觸是傷了消費者還是質量堪憂！

我住閣樓，床品真的好質量！窗外能看見地標性建築物的房頂。位置很方便，走走就能去景點！窗台的水很高級應該是收費的。

It’s the hotel equivalent of ordering on uber eats. It’s fine until there’s any kind of problem, then you’re drowning in emails and automated customer service chats

This was my second time at Bob W. The first trip was really great but this one was not so nice. I had a window to the backyard and unfortunately when I opened the window, it smells like indian food. I assume this is coming from the connect restaurant from the ground floor. But this is really a no go for me to book it again.

The hotel was affordable and in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful with our luggage storage prior to us arriving. Check-in was easy, you do it yourself at the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

The service is the most incompetent and Rooms are way too pricy to the services received from your company. it took me 3 hours to get in to the smelling unit of ours. I will not recommend anyone to go back into that hotel/Airbnb. I was expecting something completely different for the price we paid. The most terrible experience in your Establishment. Do not recommended to anyone. !!!

Good location and modern room. Fantastic breakfast but please inform of the maximum price included in the booking. Security issues should be improved: 24h chat is ok but connected from Berlin. We had a serious problem and they couldn't call Munich police because the assistant isn't based in Munich.
