the hotel is good that no need to take the room card out, but the room have a bad smell.

Gorgeous hotel with thoughtful neighbors. Prime location so the room is a bit small but sufficient for us. The gentlemen at check-in were always ready to help and share suggestions which really made our stay warmer and happier during this super cold winter in Munich! Highly recommend

A big shout out to Nano who provided great customer service and I would return to this hotel because of him. The hotel is in a fabulous location and you can tell they really care about how much you enjoy your stay here. Great customer service!

I don't normally rate hotels unless they were good. I usually just let things go when I have a bad experience but this experience was too much. We woke up with no power in the morning. Correction we had power for 5 mins and then it switched off. Our neighbor as well did not have power and had to keep his door open to get dressed so he could see. We had to shower and get ready completely in the dark. I went downstairs and could not find anyone to help so I messaged the hotel through the hotel app. I should mention that this hotel does not have a front desk so it is largely unmanned. There is someone in the back during some hours of the day but even when you check in you have check in on their computer. Since we couldn't get any help so we had to get ready in the dark and left for our excursion. The air conditioning kept going out all night as well so we had to keep getting up to turn it on as the room was so hot. When we got back to the hotel later in the day we found our room had not been cleaned. We did not leave the sign asking for it not to be cleaned and I confirmed with the hotel that they clean each day. They had been in our room because they gave us one new big towel and three small towels which they threw on the bed. They also opened the window for some reason before they left. They did not clean the room otherwise. The wet dirty towels were left on the floor in the bathroom and did they make the bed or give us more toilet paper. I ended up having to get it out of the stock closet myself as no one was at the front desk again. We paid a premium for this room as it’s Oktoberfest which I understand as that is the norm for events like this but I have some basic needs like power and a working air conditioning and a clean room would be nice. I am so incredibly disappointed in all of these events and in this hotel. I asked to speak to a manager when I got back to the hotel but the lady at the desk said she wouldn't be in until tomorrow but she gave me her contact info. I had also asked her what happens if the power goes off again? She provided me a number to call after hours. I said will someone come and fix it right away and she said probably when they get in later in the morning which I told her wouldn't really help if it happens again in the early hours of the morning. She said she could not confirm someone would be able to fix it right away. I did send the Manager an email with my concerns and she did not respond back which is not the greatest customer service and just makes the experience worse. Between the lack of customer service and the lack of staff to help with issues after hours and sometimes during the day I would not recommend this hotel. One positive thing I will say about their hotel is that their location is central which was nice.
