Honestly, this is the hotel with the worst service attitude I have ever stayed in overseas. It discriminates against Asians: I must complain about this.
1. I arrived at 9 am on the first morning. Since I had an early flight, I wanted to check in early. The girl kept telling me that I could only check in at 3 pm, but she checked in early for a foreign girl. When I saw her, she still told me that I could only check in at 3 pm. Then after a while, I saw a male waiter. I asked him if I could pay more to check in, but the long-haired girl rolled her eyes.
2. The window of the room was broken and the room was very hot
