I hate the wifi! Only 1 per device! Then my stay no wifi at all! Limited options for breakfast. I hate my stay because of the wifi!!!! The swimming pool. Dirty because of the birds.

I only stayed one night on this visit but have considered this hotel before. I had no experience of the breakfast offering this time so cannot comment on that. The room was smart and clean and the general impression was good. My only negative point is in respect of the WiFi, which was very very weak (less than 0.5 mbps), so no possibility of streaming, and difficult to access. If I stay here again (possible), I would want assurances as to getting a better bandwidth. I have since read that WiFi had to be paid for, perhaps this might be better, but it was not offered to me.

We stayed for 3 nights, this was our second visit. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 due to a major issue we encountered. For the last two nights, we couldn’t sleep because the room was filled with mosquitoes. At 2 AM my husband and I were up squashing them. Unfortunately, there were blood stains left all over the room.

This could easily be a 4 or 5 star review if this hotel was capable of getting all the basics right. The rooms are generally clean and comfortable and the rooms have a modern feel to them. The first evening we checked in we ended up spending 45 minutes with staff trying to get the shower working correctly. The hot water wasn’t coming and there was no switch to turn on the hot water heater. The hotel staff suggested we should “run the hot water for 10-15 minutes and it’ll come”. Frustrating. Though the hot water did eventually show up, the drain was backed up and the shower had become a swimming pool. They then fixed that but made a huge mess of the our room with muddy shoe prints all over the bathroom. We had to ask them to clean that up. They used our towels to do that, and we then had to ask for more towels. This all wrapped up at 11pm. Far from a relaxing first evening. The next surprise came when we tried to connect to the wifi. They’ve setup this ridiculous system where you need to login via a special page with “user: admin password:admin” and then call the front desk for an OTP! Okay fine, we’ll do that. The next day we found out it resets daily and you need to do this each day! Finally, we later found out that they will only give you 2 codes per day and then charge you for additional devices. There’s no way to disconnect one device and then let another one on so if you are two people with 3-4 devices, you have to pay for this stupid system. Basically, the “free wifi” is a lie. The icing on the cake was the mosquitoes in the room. At first we thought it was just 1 or 2 that had snuck in. But each day we’d find another 5-10. The windows don’t open so I suspect they are breeding in the bathroom drain or something. Sorry, but I don’t expect to have to deal with mosquitoes buzzing around my head while I sleep at a hotel with this price point! The staff did try to help with some of this, but other times they were quite rude and incompetent. Either way though, I shouldn’t need to speak with them multiple times a day in order to have an enjoyable stay. Get the basics right and don’t worry about the unnecessary “fluff” (i.e. the welcome drink, the sad-looking pool, and the fancy finishings in the lobby).

Very good hotel. Location was very convenient for my purpose. Staff were all friendly and cooperative. Rooms were modern and well maintained. There was an unexpected problem with my booking which they immediately took care of. I would definitely recommend it as an option.

I have been staying in this hotel since last 3 years during by business trip . Sometimes my family also joins me . Over all it has been an excellent experience staying in this hotel . Hotel staff are very co- operation . Recently they have done renovations, hotel staff hears and adhere to feedback.I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Empresa Hotel! The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff was incredibly kind, always smiling, and eager to help. Special thanks to the duty managers, concierge, security, and housekeeping teams for their exceptional service. A big shoutout to Mr. Viren for his kindness and assistance with our booking. The entire experience was seamless, and we can’t wait to visit again!

The prices are almost at par with some of the 5 star hotels in mumbai but the hotel should not even be meeting the 4 star criteria. The restaurant is in open with no Ac. The breakfast buffet had very few options in commensurate to the prices they charge. As the restaurant is in open, mosquitoes & flies disturb in between. They don't give more than 2 bottles of water in a day even if you are paying for 3 people in a room.

I recently stayed at The Empresa Hotel with my family, and our experience was memorable and comfortable. The newly renovated rooms look fantastic, especially when the lights are on. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a great mix of Indian and continental dishes. We loved the rooftop swimming pool, which offers a beautiful city view. The gym is cozy and has all the necessary amenities. The front office staff were very helpful, accommodating our early check-in request. A special mention goes to Manager Viren Gandhi, who was always courteous and attentive, ensuring our needs were met. I can confidently say I've found a home away from home in Mumbai. Thank you, Viren and the entire Empresa team, for a wonderful stay!
