I had booked this hotel for my friends using my membership, and even shared their names with the Duty Manager well in advance. Still, my guests were kept waiting for 25–30 minutes after the check-in time, which was really frustrating. Even worse, I had completed online check-in, but later found out that my reservation was cancelled without any intimation. My friends were left with no option but to make a fresh booking at the hotel. There was no clarity or support from the team, and the situation was handled very poorly. I tried calling the hotel’s board line and Duty Manager’s number multiple times, but no one picked up. You literally have to call over 100 times just to get someone to answer. I finally got through around 5 AM, and was told the Duty Manager was in a meeting—which honestly made no sense at that hour. Despite repeated assurances that someone would call me back, no one did. Even when I did get a callback much later—3 to 4 hours later—I was just told “the manager will get in touch”, but again, no follow-up ever happened. I had also asked if the hotel could offer complimentary breakfast as a gesture, considering my guests had already checked in and I’m a member. But they refused, with no apology or effort to make up for the experience. To top it all off, when I first enquired, I was offered a special rate—but later, when I tried to confirm the same, I was told it’s no longer available, without any proper reason. No one took any accountability, and the whole process felt careless and disconnected. I booked this to help celebrate a special occasion for my friends, but the hotel completely ruined the experience. No professionalism, no apology, no compensation. Really disappointed with how everything was handled. Definitely won’t be booking here again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.

The restaurant staff is so sweet. Especially Kanak and Afrose. The breakfast lay could be better though, very oily food.

Today, my colleague and I decided to have lunch at IBIS Vikhroli. The moment we entered, we were greeted by a refreshing aroma that instantly took away all our fatigue. As we reached the reception, we were welcomed by Mr. Piyush from the Sales team, who then escorted us to their restaurant, aptly named Spice It. True to its name, the restaurant's food and ambiance were simply outstanding. In terms of pricing, the quantity served was excellent easily enough for three people at a time. We ordered Mushroom Chilli, Chicken Kadhai, Roti, Steamed Rice, a Chicken Starter, Hakka Noodles, and for dessert, Butterscotch Ice Cream. The food quantity and taste were top-notch. Honestly, I’ve become a fan of the Mushroom Chilli. We arrived at around 1:30 PM and stayed until 3 PM, and I must highlight one thing despite the time, the Mushroom Chilli remained just as crispy and flavorful as it was when first served. The taste was so rich, it almost felt like eating non-veg. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Everyone should visit IBIS Vikhroli at least once to experience the food it truly deserves appreciation. I’ve dined at many hotels, but the food, ambiance, and staff here stood out. The staff's behavior was warm and courteous. I also had the opportunity to meet the new chef, who previously worked at Sea Princess Hotel, Juhu really appreciated both the chef and the entire team for preparing and serving the food with such love. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Piyush and Ms. Jenisa Nadar from the Sales team for giving us their valuable time. I had a great interaction with Mr. Piyush talking about the hotel industry brought back a lot of memories. Truly good staff, good people, and a perfect place. A must-visit: IBIS Vikhroli.
