The best place to stay in Muizenberg. Period. The place is huge and spacious with an wonderful marina at the back where you can canoe around. Richard and Marissa have been more than amazing. They showed me what to do, where to go and which gifts to buy. Oh, and the breakfast 👍👍👍

Arrived very late for a night en route to somewhere else. Melissa was so kind, waited up late to let me in, showed me the electric blanket (it’s cold and wet in capetown in June!) and was disappointed that I couldn’t stay for breakfast - judging by other reviews breakfast is worth staying for. The bed was so comfortable,

The holiday experience was lovely. I enjoyed every bit of it. The host was very welcoming and friendly and made the stay even more pleasant. Very tranquil environment. Breakfast was excellent, everything home made which made it felt like home.

Admiralty B&B is located at the waterfront in a quiet residencial area in Muizenberg, offers 7 rooms and has a charming lounge & terrace on the edge of Sansvlei lake. Free pedal boat & kayak and street parking. The guesthouse is family owned and managed and well kept. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice atmosphere. The owner is helpful and very friendly. Our room was next to the pool, with desk & chair, club-chair, air-co, TV, good queen-size bed, and wardrobe. Windows can be open but do not have mosquito screens. We had an adequate bathroom with washbasin, toilet, and shower. All was clean. Complimentary tea & coffee. Between 08:00 and 09:00 breakfast is served: eggs made to order, bread, fresh fruit-salad & yoghurt, orange juice, tea & coffee. Admiralty B&B is a quiet accommodation, and we had a pleasant stay. Recommended.

Very friendly hosts giving a lot of advices, clean rooms, stunning view from the common terrace, good breakfast and not far from the beautiful Muizenberg beach! Just the pool has been a bit cold for us. Thanks for the lovely stay, we would definitly come back!
