酒店沒有停車位。服務員態度也不好，問有沒有車位就告訴我們沒有，對面有收費的。衞生也不好，有照片自己看。最重要的，房間特別吵有風機的聲音，嗡嗡的響了一晚上。還有樓下商場的宣傳聲。讓服務員換，服務員説沒有房間，換不了。

預訂形同虛設！你好酒店失望體驗
提前在攜程平台確認預訂了你好酒店，滿心期待到店辦理入住，卻被前台告知我預訂好的房間竟被當作鐘點房開給了別人，現在沒有任何空餘房間，衹讓我“等着”。
等多久？沒説法；怎麼解決？沒方案。酒店對預訂訂單毫無履約意識，把客人的信任當兒戲；沒能及時給出有效解決方案，全程被動等待，耽誤了行程又影響心情。
花錢預訂卻連基本入住保障都沒有，這樣毫無誠信的酒店，
絕對不會再選擇第二次！

環境：房間內床上用品很潮。
設施：電視不能聯網，衹能看正常的機頂盒電視台，結果看中央一頻道閲兵，還老花屏，酒店也沒開業多久，沒想到設施如此老舊！
