地毯很臟。也沒有一次性馬桶套。設施也都比較老舊了。樓下停車也不是很方便，隔壁就是萬達。車位不好碰！！！

距離萬達很近，很方便，對衞生有要求的，慎選。酒店裡的薰香味道很重，受不了香料的會不舒服。
床品、毛巾用品等，看起來不很乾凈

我們是自駕來東北旅遊的這一站剛好到了牡丹江選擇這個酒店是看他圖片很新然後也很便宜就覺得很有性價比，就萬萬沒有想到會給自己增添那麼多的煩惱和困擾這個酒店已經差的不能再差了 是第一次入住也是最後一次了首先一進來前台的態度就非常非常差 擺個臭臉給誰看呢？？然後這個房卡 每一次回來都要去前台重新刷 她説是消磁了！但是我沒有把房卡和其他的卡放一起 就在口袋 前兩天都是這樣 最後一天給換了一個房卡就沒事了！離譜了 前面都説是我問題（一個胖一點前台説的） 接下來 入住了酒店的床單和枕頭都是臟的 不是一處不乾淨是多處！ 告知前台 態度還很差！！我們直接換了自己的床品 （然後給了2可樂）連道歉都沒有！！！ 不是給個可樂就能解決的 連最起碼的道歉都沒有？？ 這個酒店的態度是真的太差了 尤其是前台有一個胖的女生好像還帶個眼鏡 服務不能再差 這是你的工作 要是有氣請你也不要發在顧客身上 真的很生氣！這就是熱情東北人對待顧客的熱情發生嗎？給我臉色看呢？ 希望酒店老闆能好好的培訓一下員工吧 酒店雖然便宜價格不高但是既然是服務行業就要有服務行業最基本態度 謝謝 後來經理跟我電話説 他們不需要尊重我？保持對待每個人的尊重應該是最基本的吧？我後來説我會寫評價的他們就着急了 一直不停的給我打電話
真心建議要考慮這個酒店的朋友們 要考慮好噢 謹慎！ 快避雷吧 能不住就別住了！趕緊換酒店吧

酒店送的2瓶水不夠喝，晚上口渴再要一瓶就叫我付2塊錢，連續住了4天，多要一瓶水不應該免費送一瓶嗎？一瓶水才多錢？最後結賬時非得叫我再付2塊錢水費。

我們晚上11點左右到達酒店，酒店前台沒有人，等了一會兒回來人了，第二天早晨發現酒店裡麪沒有沐浴液，就打電話讓前台送了來，第二次又發現衹有兩副牙刷，就又打了電話，前台很無奈的説，你們到底説沒説完，這回還有別的嗎？我説沒有了，等他送來的時候我告訴他。我説這裏衹有兩個牙刷，不是我們故意要麻煩你再送一趟，他站在門口我已經關上了門，他還站在門口説我給沒給你送吧。用質問的語氣問了我兩遍，我把門關上了，他仍然在門外一直説一直説非常打擾我的心情。不建議來。
