AAnonymous UserThe hotel is tired looking. It is badly in need of a refurbishment.The buffet dinner and breakfast is only average. The room is old and we were only given 1 room key which was most inconvenient when we go to the onsen separately.
The onsen is quite good though old and dim. The best thing about this hotel is the mixed outdoor onsen which is big and has a beautiful view.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the cable car station. You can also walk to the cable car station, which is convenient. However, the hotel facilities are relatively old, and I don't know how to adjust the temperature of the air conditioner. It is a very old-fashioned air conditioner. In any case, the hotel was comfortable to stay in. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was normal, so I could stay there.
