GGuest UserA 4 star rating to this hotel. The hotel is located quite near to the main market and kodaikanal bus stop. It's an old and popular property. The rooms are spacious and the balcony view from our room was spectacular. However, there were dampness spots in the ceiling of the room. The breakfast was okay. Idly and vada were good rest things ordinary. They have kept water containers in the floor lobby so that anyone can fill water in their bottles. The additional mattress if required comes with a nice fold-able bed. The service is slightly slow. Else it's one of the best property in this price range in kodaikanal.

GGuest UserWe booked one room but got another room on first day. Then we raised an issue and after multiple following they accept to change the room which we are booking on next day. The room was ok but it’s need to improve the hygiene especially when kids are around. Poor maintenance rooms and no house keeping service for 2 days also. Food is ok. But one good thing the person who is responsible for this, he is very polite and always helping with our queries. That’s why we can manage here for 3 days. Roads to reach this hotel is very tough one. Totally it’s an average stay.
