This hotel is really great! The lobby has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and there's complimentary coffee, fruit, and cookies available, along with rose, astragalus, and chrysanthemum teas you can brew yourself. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, proactively informing me about my room floor and breakfast times (7:30 AM to 9:30 AM). The room facilities are comprehensive; they even provide a razor, which is incredibly thoughtful for male guests – many hotels don't offer that. The disposable toothbrush and toothpaste were also of good quality. I'll definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to my friends!

A super satisfying journey! The environment of the B&B in Lushanju is very good, the decoration is very chic, the bedding is clean and tidy, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The most important thing is that the boss family is very warm and feels like entertaining relatives and friends! Really feel at home! Breakfast time is very capricious, wake up at any time to do, hot noodles with boiled eggs, flower tea one after another surprise! Warm heart and warm stomach! It's not easy to take a taxi, the boss personally sent it to the scenic spot! Awesome!

The ”Tingfengyuan” guesthouse in Gongtan Ancient Town was built on the homestead of a professional art critic. It retains elements of Tujia stilted building architecture while incorporating a minimalist, modern Chinese Zen-inspired style. Rustic and elegant, it's a themed guesthouse presented like an ”art gallery,” frequently hosting celebrities from the literary and artistic world. If you have the chance, you should experience its artistic atmosphere.

I have stayed in many homestays, but this one really stands out. The bed is super comfortable, with moderate hardness and softness. I don't want to get up after lying down. There are many books in the public lounge area. You can play and communicate with other guests in your spare time and make new friends. Gongtan Ancient Town is as beautiful as a painting. The slow-paced life really makes people relax physically and mentally. There are bougainvilleas everywhere in the ancient town. The colors are bright and beautiful, and it is super beautiful with the green river water. And the lady at the front desk is really super gentle and nice.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was elegant, and the transportation was convenient. It's right near the south entrance of the parking lot, and you can take an elevator down to the ferry dock. Sitting on the room's balcony and enjoying the river view was incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the owners were very, very nice! I highly recommend this place.

I made a special trip back to my hometown, Youyang, to experience the Peach Blossom Spring Forest Hotel. Even though I'm a local and own a place there, I was still willing to spend the money to experience it. The tree-hole room I booked was a fantastic experience; it even had a mahjong machine. It was incredibly photogenic, and the surrounding area was beautiful for taking pictures. The only thing I found a little uncomfortable was the infinity pool, which wasn't as impressive as I'd imagined. Before arriving, I thought it would be a private hotel pool, but when I got there, I found many people who weren't even staying at the hotel using swimming tickets to swim in it. This made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was great, and the service was excellent; they could easily call a car to pick you up whenever you wanted.

The room is spacious and clean, with complete sanitary facilities. The location is good, and you can see the Wujiang River flowing slowly from the balcony, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is very generous, with a bowl of porridge, a cup of soy milk, a vegetarian bun, a steamed bun, a piece of corn, a piece of sweet potato, two pieces of fried dough sticks, and an egg. The downside is that the WiFi has not been connected, I hope it can be improved in the future.

The owner was very friendly and attentive. Before booking, I was worried about the hot water, but after calling the owner to confirm, he turned on the water for me upon arrival, eliminating my concerns. The location and view were also excellent. The owner, a local resident, shared local history, culture, and customs. If you visit Gongtan Ancient Town, this guesthouse offers great value for money.

The ancient city in the off-season is a bit deserted, and the inn has no guests. After arriving at night, there are not many options for dining. I went to eat the fish recommended by the inn, not to step on thunder. The inn is next to the north gate of the ancient city. You can drive along the street outside the ancient city and walk up the steps. Parking should be possible outside the north gate. It is very convenient to get to the inn, but when we went, the north gate was repaired and it seemed that we could not park. The room facilities are OK, in line with the location of the inn, clean and hygienic. Breakfast is the noodles cooked by the proprietress, okay.

We took a boat from Wanzu to Gongtan Ancient Town. We could see the inn when we got off the boat. We contacted the owner in advance and he received us warmly. Since we booked a room on a better floor, the owner took us to the inn by elevator from the South Gate Visitor Center. The inn has a good location, a large room, and a separate balcony. It's nice to drink tea and chat on the balcony at night.
