The biggest highlight of this Baoquan trip was surprisingly this guesthouse right at the entrance of the scenic area! 🏡 I thought it was just for convenience, but I was unexpectedly pleasantly surprised by a ”free room upgrade”! The room was spacious and bright, tastefully designed, and offered a tranquil view of the mountains from the window. Even more remarkable were the thoughtful details: patient and detailed explanations of the route… The warmth of the service was even more impressive than the underfloor heating in the room.

This time, I went to Baoquan with a few friends, and choosing this B&B was the best decision! First, let's talk about the environment. It's incredibly clean, both inside and out. The interior is spotless, and even the balcony is cleaned daily, which shows how attentive the owner is! The bedding is crisp white and comfortable, and it smells like sunshine, giving me a sense of security! And the view is simply stunning! Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows with translucent lattices. Lying in bed and gazing out is like gazing at a painting. Although the B&B is close to the scenic area, it's a tranquil retreat, surrounded by fields and offering sweeping views of the mountainous landscape. Whether indoors or outdoors, every moment you snap a photo is captivating! In the evening, we sat on the third-floor balcony, enjoying the breeze, eating, drinking, playing, and chatting. It was so relaxing! The owner and his wife were so kind, welcoming, and attentive, always accommodating. They also offered recommendations for nearby restaurants and hidden gems. They're a truly down-to-earth and friendly family, and chatting like long-lost friends. Time seems to slow down here. If there is one regret, it is probably that my steps became extra heavy when I left. I will come back next time. See you next time at Half Acre Farm!

A fantastic stay! The hotel is very new and in excellent condition. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in in China. Electric curtains, projector and electronic toilet were really nice touches, particularly for the price. I booked a ground floor room at a low price but they upgraded me to the best room in the hotel with amazing view through 2 huge windows to the mountains. By far the best location I've stayed in so far. Room 666 is the pick of the hotel. The township is small and quiet, but has enough restaurants and small shops for your needs. The hotel is on the northern end of town and only a 10 min walk to the Baoquan tourist entrance. The family running the hotel were amazing. Very welcoming and ready to satisfy all your needs. I regret not trying more of their food in house. I had one lunch with them and it was the best food I had during my stay. The room was clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle, the fatigue of the journey was cured, I really recommend it to friends who want to come to Baoquan!

After a three-day hike in the Southern Taihang Mountains, we booked a guesthouse in Guoliang Village. Located in an old village on the cliffside road, the stone rooms had a lovely atmosphere, and the owners were fantastic! The rooms were comfortable, very clean, with separate wet and dry areas, and no smell of smoke! The landlady also cooked with great care! Overall, I would give it a 10-star rating!

The location is right next to the scenic spot. There is a restaurant downstairs. There is breakfast at the door in the morning. There is a huge parking lot. You can park wherever you want. If you want to drive to play, you can drive by yourself. If you don't want to drive, the boss will pick you up and drop you off. The room is clean and hygienic. The boss is warm and generous. The parent-child room has three beds and is very spacious. The family travels comfortably and happily.

If you wish the hotel, you need to buy scenic tickets and interval tickets, and then call the boss in advance to report the license plate, otherwise the first door will not be able to enter. The boss is very good, will call in advance to communicate the precautions, and also upgrade the room. The room is equipped with a curtain projector and a tea table. It is also very comfortable to sit in the house and watch a movie and drink tea. The mineral water from Fat Dong is equipped with small snacks, which are all extra points. You can order food in the restaurant at night. The restaurant is quite big and there is a big round table. However, several dishes ordered at night are relatively salty. It is recommended to improve it. The breakfast is rich and the taste is good.

Contact in advance to inform the hotel of the precautions for entering the scenic area and introduce the method of visiting the scenic area. Enthusiastic and thoughtful. Worth recommending.
