The front desk was amazing. JuWan welcomed us warmly and helped us with eatery recommendations. He also helped us to print in the business area and made us feel right at home. This was our first trip to the area! We highly recommend staying here.

Booked two connecting rooms two weeks prior to arrival. “Guaranteed connecting”. Traveling with children. Rooms assigned night before arrival on Hilton app. At check-in, nothing is said but put in two different rooms. Front desk proceeded to tell me there are no guarantees. Assistant manager actually said he does not like that Hilton makes that statement! Sold my assigned rooms to another customer. Claimed it was technical error on app? Recognized rooms had been assigned but changed them. All to say Hilton’s use of “guaranteed” is not so much fact but fiction. Local property makes decisions based on dollars and not on what Hilton brand advertises.

Our church recently held a couples' retreat at Hilton Garden Inn Charleston/Mount Pleasant. The hotel was one of the nicest ones we have ever been to, and the staff was excellent. I specifically wanted to thank Anthony Smith, Leslie Wilson, Terri, Jessica, Ed, Michelle and Kelly for all of their hard work with our group. Looking forward to staying here again!

I travel with my wife. Both of us have special needs. The room was spacious with plenty of room for maunvering a wheelchair.Bathroom was safe and comfortable. I want to recommend especially Robert and Jessica my. waiter, for their great service. They anticipated my every need.

Just completed a 3 night/4 day stay. JuWan was at the front desk upon check in and he was great - very personable and helpful. We requested an ADA room and were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room. The hotel offers a bar with a happy hour and food. Adrienne was the bartender two nights during oour stay, and she was delightful. In the morning, the breakfast area was staffed by Jessica- a very hard-working young lady who handled everything effortlessly and with a smile. I really hope management appreciates these employees who made our stay rememberable. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit from being welcomed at the reception desk to daily breakfast with Jessica and Jacob! We will certainly remember to come back here again, and recommend to friends! Large lobby and extra amenities for a Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is close to everything, especially downtown and the Yorktown. 15 minute ride to Sullivan's and is close to Shem Creek.

Stayed here last September post Helene, and enjoyed our stay. Clean, affordable, evening and morning staff at the desk were really nice and helpful. The young lady who checked me in was borderline rude but I think she was mad at the world and it rolled over. Whatever. Still had a good overnight stay.
