The room was fantastic except for the credibly noisy guests above us. Maya offered to switch us to their room after they checked out. I should have made the move because the next guests were just as disruptive. Next time I’ll request the top floor. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Breakfast and coffee were yummy!

My husband and I are Hilton Diamond members, and stay at Hilton properties exclusively when available. We have come to expect good service and a polite front desk, we got neither at the Home2Suites in Mount Pleasant, Charleston. The shower gel in the shower was empty. I had to shower with shampoo. There was no lotion in the room either. I asked the maid for shower gel and she told me that the hotel was out of shower gel. I went to the front desk to verify this and indicated that I was displeased with having had to shower with shampoo. Apparently, they did have this product and it was replaced in my room. I was given two small tubes of lotion and was told that Home2Suites is not mandated to supply lotion like the other Hilton properties we have stayed at. I then asked for water and was rudely told that water was available for purchase. I reminded the person behind the desk that I was a Diamond member. And was told that it was only available at check-in. The clerk was rude. Customer service is definitely not on her list of qualities needed to retain customers. Not a Hilton property I would recommend or ever stay here again.

Great staff who were very helpful when anything was needed (extra Kleenex, toilet paper, towels). this location was very accommodating and accepting for our softball team. We enjoyed the free breakfast which included waffles, eggs, cereal and a wide variety of breads to make breakfast sandwiches. There was a nice pool area with plenty of seating. Also had 2 large grills for cooking out.

Everything was great other than the fact that we had the room right by reception/the main hotel entrance/the breakfast room. We heard every conversation and phone ring at reception. We asked for another room but they didn't have one on a different floor so we settled for ear plugs.
