Guesthouse Nandeyanen - Hostel

The location is excellent for visiting Junglia and Churaumi Aquarium, especially if you have a car. While the facilities are a bit dated and could use some updates, it's a great choice for budget travelers who aren't too particular. It's also well-suited for long-term stays. The hostel owner is incredibly kind and a wonderful person. Towels and laundry services are available for 100 yen each. Cleanliness is average. Very few amenities are provided, so be sure to bring your own. I'd recommend this hostel to budget-conscious travelers who enjoy a friendly, communicative atmosphere.

Used this place to visit Minna Island. I stayed in a private room, not a dormitory, but a very basic room. First of all, the lock was a very flimsy padlock (like a diary lock), so the security was only a temporary measure. Eating and drinking were prohibited inside the room, and there were only two electrical outlets. There was only one toilet, so I was surprised to see that they directed me to a public toilet about a two-minute walk away. There were two shower rooms, though. Well, the facilities were a bit low, but it was 2,000 yen a night, so I guess it was worth the price. My advice: if you stay here, bring sandals. It's easier to use the toilet and wash your face in the public toilets.

This is a very good guest house for staying alone.

The owner was friendly and the futon was comfortable. The guesthouse is small, but there are two bathrooms and toilets, so it's not inconvenient.
