El personal normal para la atención, la crítica constructiva que realizó es que casi no hablan Inglés por lo que dificulta bastante la comunicación. Tiene buenas cortinas black-out, detalle muy importante dado que en el verano la noche es muy corta y no llega a ser totalmente oscura. -

Отель однозначно не 4 звёзды, 3 и то с большой натяжкой. Все очень старое, неопрятное. В номере грязный ковролин, душевая грязная и с чёрным грибком, очень неприятный запах канализации и сигарет (не понятно откуда). В номерах не убираются, все вызывает брезгливость, если честно. Холодильники есть не во всех номерах и те, не понятно работают. Сантехника протекает. Фото на сайте совершенно не соответствуют действительности. Не понравилось все. Были сильно разочарованы. Точно никому не посоветую. Из + только локация

Самый худший отель, который я встречал в Москве. 2 ночи не спали из-за жары. Кондиционеры не работают, солнечная сторона , окна работают плохо. Так же в номере отсутствует холодильник (единственный очаг прохлады)). Порадовал только персонал и расположение.

Были с 07.05.2022 по 09.05.2022. Плюсы: 1. Центр города, 2. Низкая цена, 3. Вежливый персонал. Минусы: 1. Холодно (система кондиционирования на отопление не работала) 2. При бронировании по системе "Островок" был указан номер в 20м2, а по факту нам дали комнатушку метров в 15 максимум. После общения с администратором нам был предложен люкс с небольшой доплатой. 3. Повсеместные проблемы с канализацией. Так как в поисках нужного номера нам показали несколько свободных, то мы смогли оценить то, что во всех номерах в большей или меньшей степени стоит соответствующее "амбрэ" из канализации. 4. Ресторан внизу, обслуживающий завтраки, нехорош. Ждали свою яичницу без малого 45 минут! Готовят на старом черном масле, которое было щедро увидеть на омлете. Вечером заказали ужин в номер. Карбонара по факту - переваренное спагетти с непонятным соусом. 5. Очень непонятно функционируют смесители. Пока поймешь, где горячая вода (сливается архи-долго), пройдет сто лет! Я вообще сначала подумала, что горячей воды в гостинице нет. 6. Мебель очень изношена. В люксе ещё более-менее, но все равно наличие сбитых углов и кромок видно везде. 7. Звукоизоляция окон и дверей очень плохая. Слышно все, что происходит на улице и в коридоре.

Довольно милый небольшой отель на новинском бульваре, в моей любимой части города. Выбрали отель для празднования дня святого валентина и остались всем довольны. В отеле есть ресторан с итальянской кухней и вкусным аперолем. Из минусов после 23:00 нельзя воспользоваться услугой рум сервис 😞

Заселился на 2 месяца с помесячной арендой. Попросили оставить залог, который должны были вернуть, я без опасений согласился. 3 января 2022 съехал и своих денег до сих пор не увидел. Можно сказать что кинули меня на 50тр. Один из админов по личном общении сказал, что так поступают со всеми кто оставляет у них залог. На данный момент абсолютно все номера телефонов меня игнорируют э, на вопросы отвечать отказываются, а в случае звонков с неизвестных номеров говорят, что больше там не работают, хотя если звонить как клиент, то общаются.
