Большие претензии к чистоте: пыль, от светильников было видно, как летает пыль; грязь в выступах декоративных кирпичей

ОЧЕНЬ странная планировка душевой кабины - нет дверцы, приходится мыться очень аккуратно. Лейка находясь в креплении стены, льет на пол за пределы кабины
Не учли примечание-просьбу о втором одеяла
Мы, конечно, молодежь, но нам не понравилось то, что нужно скачать приложение для заселения (!), в котором до кучи мало полезных функций
Посторонние непонятные звуки, при отключенном холодильнике, кстати, с шубой около 10см в морозильной камере :))
Номер очень тесный для двоих людей (111)
В номере не было даже ложки для обуви, не говоря о щетках и губки для неё
Странный момент- Когда выселялись, оставили багаж. Когда же за ним вернулись, слова администратора были: " Я в другом месте, Вы его просто заберите." Очень безопасно, почему бы нам не позариться на чужую сумочку?)))
И по мелочи: высокие кровати, с ростом до 170 пришлось сползать с кровати и обратно; непонятки с завтраками: слишком разнящаяся информация, два разных меню, или по запросу, или по факту заказ в ресторане, поэтому воздержались от них

Классный визуал и расположение,до метро меньше 10 минут,рядом есть магазины и кафе. В отеле отличный персонал.
Хороший и чистый номер,но неудобно реализован свет - возле зеркала,установленного у раковины крайне тяжело провести какие-то манипуляции с лицом (бритье и т.п.),т.к. свет падает сверху, снизу ничего не подсвечивает - подсветка зеркала не спасает.
Лестница на второй этаж (в номере) неудобная,надо быть предельно осторожным при спуске и подъеме.
Коммуникация с ресепшеном должна осуществляться через приложение отеля - но быстрее сходить туда самому.
В санузле присутствует неприятный запах,тем не менее - санузел чистый.
Завтраки не особо разнообразные,но мне было абсолютно достаточно (возможно для кого-то это будет важно).
Не смотря на несколько «но» я бы здесь остановился на 1-2 дня еще раз.

Плюсы: новая, практичная, минималистическая.
Минусы: гостиница переоборудована из административного здания, что бы пользоваться номером, хотя бы войти, требуется установить приложение (хочешь или нет). Если нету телефона с собой, то в номер не войти. Перекрытия при реконструкции сделали тонкие, слышно всё. Через двери слышно коридорные перемещения, и звуки из соседних номеров. Кровати стоят у окон, а окна сквозят.

Отель 4*. Одноместный двухуровневый номер. По описанию кровать КвинСайз на втором уровне. Нет лифта. Мне было нужно самому с багажом подниматься на 4й этаж. Первый уровень - из мебели только стул перед телевизором. Смотреть на жестком стуле из пространства 1.5х2.5 метра вообще не хочется. Убил второй уровень: вместо квинсайз - широкий матрас на ПОЛУ. И вишенка на торте - залезть на "кровать" можно только на карачках, даже сесть с прямой спиной на кровати не получится. Высота над матрасом - где-то 55 см (мой локоть + телефон). Считаю, что предлагать матрас на полу вместо квинсайз , это ОБМАН. Оценка - ОЧЕНЬ ПЛОХО, мой рейтинг гостиницы - 2*. Заплатил 11000 за 2 ночи. Возможно в других номерах получше планировка, но мой номер 421 именно таков. Никому не советую и сам больше никогда не приеду.

Отличный дизайн и концепция отеля, ужасный сервис. Заселился в отель и сделал заказ в ресторан через ваше приложение, через 50 минут после оформления заказа не выдержав ожидания задал вопрос (через чат приложения) стоит ли мне ожидать свой заказ? и только через 40 минут мне кто то ответил - что сейчас узнает, итого 90 минут никто не реагировал на мой заказ. кофемашина в зоне лаунжа не работала все 2 дня проживания. Уборка номера заключалась лишь в выносе мусора, в душевой не подняли даже ножное полотенце, про не заправленную кровать молчу. Матрас на кровати оставляет желать лучшего и точно хуже, чем в других отелях Москвы в этом же ценовом сегменте. Приложение работала не стабильно, постоянно пропадала связь с номером, после чего пришлось попросить магнитный ключ.

Красивый район. Дом со своей историей. Вдвоём с мужем в номере было относительно просторно. Плюс балл за небольшую зону для готовки. По поводу питания. Завтраки на четвёрку. А вот основное меню в ресторане ОКОК. По поводу отсутствия лифта уже писали, но мы были налегке так что не критично.
