1.入住前跟酒店確認快遞代收問題得到的答覆是可以免費寄存，實際快遞到了之後被酒店拒收，酒店誠信有問題。
2.我們在平台預訂的是3人早餐，實際衹給我們2位，我們額外付款了1人7天的早餐錢（拿着早餐付費憑證酒店都不認並且拒絕溝通，最終找攜程處理賠付早餐費用），早餐攜程上説500盧布實際上收中國人700盧布比他們貴200盧布。
2.房間免費水衹有第一天有，其他都不給，即便是定了八天也衹有第一天的兩小瓶。
3.床單被套被子到處都是被煙頭燙壞的痕跡。
4.破爛的毛巾衞浴。
5.沒有提供牙膏牙刷，衹有沐浴液。
6.捲紙提供量不夠一天使用，都是要用自己自帶的。
7.床十分窄，圖片是iPad mini的尺寸對比，三個iPad mini的床寬。
入住體驗差！環境差！服務差！別定這家酒店！！！

Размещал в этом отеле коллегу из КНР. Чисто, аккуратно. Расположение очень удобное две минуты от метро. Есть своя парковка со шлагбаумом. Напротив торговый центр с фуд-кортом на третьем этаже. В гостинице тоже есть кафе. Завтраки показались дороговаты.
