Good hotel! Rested with my husband. Chose the price/quality ratio and closer to the center) The rooms are clean. Breakfast - buffet. There is a spa (visited the jacuzzi, hamam and sauna did not work, unfortunately) The staff is very polite. We were accommodated by manager Oleg, special thanks to him! Made a pleasant impression, offered us a vase for flowers and answered all questions, thank you, will recommend the hotel!

Nice hotel, great location, and I had a beautiful view from the window :) I liked everything. Especially the sauna right in the hotel room!

這家是在俄羅斯住過的酒店裡感受最好的，服務員態度比較熱情，至少有笑臉，打掃衞生很認真乾淨，早餐豐富，靠近paveskaya地鐵站，地鐵站周圍吃飯購物都很方便

房間設施比較舊，早餐比較豐富，前台人員服務態度很好，衞生管理較好，整體入住感受體驗非常不錯，房間的設施建議更新一下

廁所特別小，衹能站一個人。房間比較老舊，國內快捷酒店的水平，感覺不值這個價。

早餐不錯，有健身房

Not a good stay… was expecting based on the reviews but not sure how they got 9 rating.. really not a 4 star hotel for sure.. room allocated was very small, breakfast not impressive.. housekeeping was not good … ac was not working properly .. not easy to find location

The hotel is not 5*, it is good in its category, I stayed for a day. BUT! I want to write specifically about the responsiveness of the reception staff and customer focus! This is important! I had a room booked and prepaid in a hotel nearby, but I was refused check-in citing the fact that I did not have a Russian passport on hand, I had a foreign passport (I flew in from abroad and the next day I had a flight to another city). Yes, there is a resolution that check-in is based on a Russian passport, but there is also the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated September 18, 2023 No. 695 "On the submission of information contained in documents certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, using information technology", which prescribes the possibility of providing data from the "Gosuslugi" application on the phone. The hotel staff came to the meeting Checked me in at this hotel, 5* customer focus, and this is much more important than the size of the room and cold hearts at the entrance!

Pros: - Buffet breakfast - Location (relative to the center) - Walking distance to the metro Cons: - Very outdated, shabby room from the 2000s. The price does not correspond to the quality at all! - The drain in the shower in the bathroom was very surprising - it is located not in the shower stall, but near the washbasin, that is, water flows out of the shower, flows to the washbasin and drowns half of the bathroom. Seriously, Karl?! In a four-star hotel in the center of Moscow?! 🤯 - They did not provide bathrobes - a special disadvantage for a hotel, let me remind you, 4 stars - The room is very noisy due to trucks with snow constantly passing by - There was a concert at the hotel on New Year's Eve. Even on the 3rd floor the noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. People come to relax, but the hotel partyed all night, thereby terribly annoying its guests :) - In the hotel, some of the rooms have a passage with an elevator, some - without. Perhaps this is due to different parts of the building, but it’s still strange... Definitely, if I come to the capital again, I won’t choose this hotel. I am sure that there are many other options that will be simply incomparable against the backdrop of this “4-star hotel.” P.S.: I still don’t understand why the hotel was awarded 4 stars.
