Coastal Breeze Inn

Hot water in the shower was too hot, burned myself, then when getting out if the shower slipped and hit my head. Missing baseboards, back of bathroom door was missinf paint. They use some kind of acrylic on the shower ceiling and bathroom window ledge to most likely cover up mold/mildew stains. Janky AF. The people upstairs were imitating elephants. Definitely not worth the almost $400 I paid because it was Father's Day weekend.

Patel is a great example of.. Haven't been in customer service and sales and a business owner most of my adult life I come to recognize it's not always what happens the first time but it's what happens the second time. After a long day of driving in various other stresses we checked into our room only to find another couple was already in there. Fortunately we all laughed it off and Patel the manager was right behind me. He apologized for the error change rooms. Unfortunately the next room we had wasn't quite suitable so he started running and trying to figure out a better solution which is exactly what he did. He found another one that was very clean very nicely appointed freshly painted it was beautiful. The rest of the state was beautiful. He grabbed all our luggage did all the work himself and tried to refuse it too I gave it to him anyway. We recognized him from another hotel we used to stay at so just want you guys to know this is a good place. Patel, the manager is good people.

Anniversary getaway Plugs on the Bedside lamps were extremely loose . Bedside lamp nearest the bathroom worked intermittently and would not charge a cellphone. Ironing board cover could use replacing. No information available on how to operate Television or Channels available Overall quaint place. Just in need of a little TLC

Mixed Review Room was comfortable. But people next door and below us decided to party until after 1am, making a lot of noise. I'm surprised that hotel management did nothing about it.

beautiful area. no staff when checking in. unpleasant smell inside the room. overpriced for time staying.

I got a room for my sister and here is her response when I asked about checking in: “the room is freaking wonderful are u kidding haha like ya..it was like instant warm n cozy .. Like huge couch and carpet nice lil fridge..I was gonna text you last night but I was so tired I put the TV on n passed out.” Besides being comfortable I know the area & it is great because there is so much to see within walking distance. Close to the Embarcadero, Morro Bay Blvd., and a bit further walk maybe a mile and you can reach the beach. The staff was friendly when I called, thank you!
