Location good and clean.
But reception lady was impolite, seems not happy working there or do not like you not speaking French, never smile n the attitude do not respect to customers. I requesting to add hotel members no, she said no benefits received even update for me, and don’t want to do it, like please do not bother me.
But when I checked in Marriott in falls n Toronto before going to Montreal, they both asked me the number n do it for me even no benefits if I booked through trip.com, both Marriott staff service are super nice n professional. They both asked me not requesting by myself.
And the cleaning lady knocked my door for cleaning at 10am on the day I checked out, it was strange as they should check my check out day and don’t bother me for cleaning.
I requested a slippers and they said they are out of stock n will send me when available, I stay 3 nights but no one comes back .
Disappointed service in such price, will not stay again.

我稱之為”酒店業的恥辱The Shame of the Hotel Industry”。想真實瞭解這個酒店的，看我的評論就夠了。這家酒店是酒店業的一朵奇葩。入住一晚後，給我們常規性打掃了房間，結果第二天一早出門晚上回來，發現沒有做任何房間清理，找酒店前台，説是他們酒店三天清理一次房間，三天進行一次換被套、吸塵等深度清潔的話，我是可以理解的。但浴巾、毛巾都不給換新、房間和廁所的垃圾桶都不清理（根本沒人進行客房服務），誰能理解?攜程客服也進行了介入，酒店答應，至少給我們每天換浴巾和毛巾，以及清理垃圾桶，並説已經通知客房部登記我們的要求了。結果再一天兩天，還是這樣，浴巾、毛巾什麼都不給換、所有垃圾桶不給清理。和前台反映，都是口頭説好的，結果還是不給做任何房間清理。真的直到第三天才給主動做一次房間清理。此外，由於我們一家三口入住，特意選擇了套房，因為有個梳化床，結果梳化床沒有被子，衹有一條超薄的毛毯，蓋在身上那叫一個難受，和酒店打掃衞生的人和前台反應，竟然説酒店沒有多餘的被子，沒辦法。一家酒店，被子都衹按一個房間一床被子配置，你敢信? 此外，這家酒店的空調出風口非常原始，無論你開關空調，都是一直嗚嗚的風，晚上真是吵得你不能入睡。總體來看，這家酒店處處體現對住客的無視與不尊重，前台和客房服務人員都是面無表情（除了入住），沒有一絲熱情。説起來，亞洲、歐洲、美洲的酒店我也住過幾十家品牌店了，這樣的酒店，真的是第一次、真的是第一次碰到。希望大家避雷這家酒店，非常非常非常糟糕的一家酒店，可以定義為“酒店業的恥辱”。最後，不得不表揚一下攜程的管家客服團隊，全程都在積極幫我和酒店溝通並及時給我溝通結果，但是面對這種酒店，也實屬無奈。
