Nice new hotel with comfortable beds and great breakfast. Pool not open.

The hotel is new and everything is clean and fresh. The breakfast thats included was plentiful and the employees kept bringing out fresh items and making sure there was enough for everyone. All the staff from the front desk to the breakfast servers were amazing! I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service. My only major complaint is that the beds are terrible quality and my back hurt in the morning. The mattresses had the appearance of being old and tired… if they are new and bot been shipped from another hotel, they must be of the lowest quality. We paid a lot of money to stay here so my expectations of bed comfort was high but it was a major let down. Aside from this, everything else about the hotel was fantastic.

If your planning a business visit here be wise and prepare a lot of clothing 😉 since there is no Laundry Service and be prepared to also Order Uber eats in the Evenings If its your first time here i recommend: Taking shuttle they provide to the airport and grabbing an opus card from arrivals down the escalator from where they do pickups and drop-off within 15 minutes. The shuttle comes each hour. The Opus card is vital for travel here, also recommend uber one if you cant go nowhere.

Booked this hotel based on price and being a new hotel just built. I called a week before to make sure the hotel shuttle was 24 hours and the person at the front desk said it was 24 hours and there would be no issue getting at the airport for 3:00AM to catch my flight the next day. I am a IHG member and booked the second I got off the phone. Upon arrival at the airport we waited around an hour for the shuttle to arrive. I asked the driver if the shuttle was 24 hours to make sure he said yes yes no problem. The following morning we woke up to check out downstairs at 3AM to find out the shuttle has no driver and they only operate after 4:00AM. We were shocked and frustrated, I asked if they could pay us a cab to the hotel and she said no. We had to figure out our own transportation. Luckily our flight was delayed and the shuttle driver showed up early and I cancelled my uber driver which cost $7.00 to cancel. The hotel had no refreshments or coffee available at that time as breakfast was only served at 6:AM. They gave us a few apples and yogurts. The hotel rooms were nice and new, there was no shampoo in the room, had to go back and get some downstairs at reception. Due to the hotel being far away and the shuttle is not 24 hours I don’t think I would be back there, there’s lots of issues to figure out still as it’s a brand new hotel.
