It was a business trip. The room was warm and clean. I had a good sleep after a long trip.

Located 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. They should let you know beforehand that they will charge you for the parking, that I think is very unfair since you're in a remote area,not downtown or CBD. Is around $200 pesos but still, when asked about it they were just like wondering if they should just give me a pass or charge me. So I don't know how does it works. A lady was complaining about it with the manager for about the half an hour it took me to do the check in. Besides this thing, all was great, nice terrace

Satisfied, the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are new, and the environment is good. The view is better. Breakfast is OK, lunch and dinner can be ordered in the lobby. The location is in the business district, suitable for business trips and parent-child travel.

We rested in this hotel with our family from 04/30 to 05/04/2023, my husband and I were in the same room, and my mother-in-law was the other, the rooms were almost identical, with a few exceptions, there was no refrigerator in the mother-in-law's room, and in ours there was no table with chairs, which I was in my mother-in-law's room. Let's start with the positives of the hotel, very large and comfortable beds, which could accommodate up to 4 people, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is food and drink delivery to the rooms, excellent location around the hotel there are many eateries, cafes and restaurants with a huge gastronomic variety, boutiques and shops with clothes, shoes, souvenirs, pharmacies, there are many currency exchange points nearby, a metro station. And now the cons: our rooms overlooked the hotel lobby, which is why the room was almost always semi-dark, which created a depressing state and we had to constantly be there with the lights on, there was no hair dryer in the rooms. Another inconvenient nuance was that only one electronic key (card) was given per room, but without this card you could not even take the elevator to your floor, because to ride the elevator you also had to put the key inside the elevator before choosing the floor , and without this, the elevator simply didn’t go anywhere, but even if you try to drive with another hotel guest using his card, you won’t be able to set several floors, the elevator will drop you off on the guest’s floor, so my husband and I had to go out everywhere together, since the second one is just could not get to the floor or to the room without this electronic key.
