Excellent service from the staff when the drinks machine was broken

I will never come to this hotel again, the toilets are filthy, especially in the room it was not even swept, there was a lot of dust and the sheets were stained and dirty 😏

For the price (very low) it is ok. Small but operational room. A little noise but does not prevent sleeping and is not caused by the hotel. Convenient for one night.

The front door is half broken. If you open it too hard, the handle might get stuck in your hands. A strong draft, I had to put on several clothes to plug the crack in the door because it was -1° at night. No toilet brush or mops.

Poorly insulated room, I was cold all night. Also, under the door you could see the light, I didn't feel safe in this room

Correct hotel but noisy and old: door does not close properly, resulting in drafts and light all night...!

The service at the premiere class is average but Kyriad, on the same parking lot, makes up for it by offering excellent service. The facilities at the premiere class are good with a microwave available 24/7 and the housekeeping service is good.

Dirty room (brown, dirty toilet, brown shower curtain, bits of paper) missing toilet paper, front door that doesn't close properly at the top, space detached where you can see the outside!! Taken twice!! Refunded after four phone calls
