Hotel was lovely 😍 👌

Great location, poor service and the staff were not helpful.

The room was average, very damp, and there were bed bugs

I had to stay at Murex for a few days the time to find a place to rent for a few months. The big drawback is the staff, especially at the restaurant on the first floor. They are not that interested in helping, ride with some clients, often text on their phones. Some Do the minimum, others are nicer but in a minority. Restaurant first floor is “ok” although on the expensive side for the quality. The Lebanese restaurant at the top floor is nicer. The Lebanese manager there is nice and helpful. Rooms are just ok. Clean. I would not recommend this hotel until the management does its job: training its staff.
