A huge side lot with deck and covered outdoor dinning table and chairs and reclining sun chairs. Separate gazebo with hot tub, fan and bluetooth speakers.
Under house is a covered activity or party area with table & chairs, dart board, ax throwing, archery, cornhole, frisbee and more. Large projection TV and smaller TV available outside.
Complete work out area under the house with weights, pull up bar, inversion table, lifecycle and heavy bag.
One block from the ocean and Harry Harris park w/ beach and boat ramp. Room for boat or RV. . Free use of kayaks and paddle-boards.
Entire house including kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded in the last five years. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, silverware and serving dishes and utensils. Includes all linens, blankets, extra sheets and pillows.
