Localização excelente para conhecer a cidade
Um hotel no centro de Monopoli situado no Porto. Hotel pequeno porém com quartos muito bons. Nosso quarto tinha uma bela vista para o Porto, bem grande com ante sala e um banheiro excelente. Mobiliário bonito com peças decorativas de muito bom gosto.
O banheiro pequeno mas com chuveiro ótimo e muito bom.
Café da manhã não é servido na propriedade. Servido na ponta do cais perto do hotel. Não possui muitas opções.

Be very careful! My sister and I were booked. confirmed and had paid for our stay. We had the confirmation. The manager of hotel met our taxi, checked us in and all was fine. We had unpacked and decided to go for a walk. We were gone for about 2 hours and were in the market place when the manager came looking for us. They said our reservation had been cancelled. They had accepted and checked in another reservation. Packed our bags and had them waiting for us. We are requesting a refund, and now the hotel is claiming we stayed there! We have proof that we did not stay there! Do NOT trust them.

Luxury suites with a fantastic view!
The suites are in an old but beautifully renovated building at the old port of the city, the rooms are very luxurious and clean, with a great view to the old port of the city. The people at the reception are very helpful and friendly!

Bon accueil et emplacement sur le port agreable mais tres bruyant à cause de son positionnement en centre ville au dessus d'un bar.
Petit dej en extérieur (dans un bar a proximité) correct mais un peu decevant compte tenu du ptix de la chambre

Great location and helpful staff, no WiFi in room.
Great location and wonderful staff.
AC worked perfectly. Interesting design, Glass enclosed shower stall in center of bedroom. I am 6 feet tall and could not stand up in parts of the bathroom and when using the steep stairs. (No lift).
Lovely roof deck with large jacuzzi tub. They provide breakfast at two local restaurants that do a great job!
Only major problem; WIFI DOES NOT WORK IN THE ROOM. I had to go out to shared sitting are just out in the hall for any Internet or cell phone service.
That was a big inconvenience on the week days when I was there.
Also please note , no driving or parking near hotel. You can drop bags about a block away. Highest quality linens and bedding.

lugar maravilhoso,limpo,localização excelente mas não tem café da manhã como fala no site.Te dao um ticket p tomar café no bar com direito somente a um pao com café,e somente depous das 8 horas. É preferivel nem ter.Muito pobre p a categoria do hotel.
Nem fruta,nem iogurte, nada.Lamentavel
