The breakfast was wonderfu,, the room while up stairs with no elevator was two or three layers and a complete apartment with balconies. The staff was hospitable but like so many smaller hotels, you need to provide them with an arrival time since staff is not full time. All amenities were top drawer and spotlessly clean, everything worked. Recommended, the location in Old Towns, where you walk to everything, is so very important--even though our car was parked (free) at a marina 1500m away."

"Very badly managed and organized place. After having my spa reservation postponed three times, I received a call ten minutes before my arrival to say that the boiler wasn't working due to the rain. With this they tried again to postpone the spa but this last time I reacted badly also because by now I had made the trip and paid for the overnight stay with Monopoli, luckily in another structure. When I pointed out the inconvenience they caused me, they didn't even bother to offer something to apologize and told me that customers with the voucher are not treated like regular customers. Rather than go there I'll burn the voucher"

Ivan is so kind from welcoming us with some snacks & wine to leaving a breakfast out for us on our departure date as we had an early flight (as well as ensuring we had everything we needed for our baby girl) The property itself is a beautiful authentic Masseria in the peaceful countryside while at the same time being an ideal base for exploring all the nearby Puglian towns. The rooms are also fantastic & would not be out of place in a 5 star hotel. We will be back"

"Clever photography gives the wrong impression as this place is a little run down. Apart from Saleblu the restaurant. See separate review. It’s a small place, 13 rooms. Nicely situated as overlook the sea one side, pool the other. Rooms are small and very basic. Grossly overpriced. On the plus side, very clean. Nice touch is that each morning breakfast is delivered to you sea view terrace. Huge pool plus three others. Amazing for such a small space. Feels quite stark at the poolside. Weds more furniture and foliage. The place needs son TLC and would be 4/5 Star. Delightful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Genuinely lovely people."

The pictures online were incredibly accurate, which isn’t always the case with hotels, and the property was even more beautiful in person. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool was the perfect way to unwind. The staff was pleasant, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and we truly didn’t want to leave. We would stay here over and over again and would highly recommend Masseria Ramasian to anyone visiting Puglia!"

You'll find yourself suspended between the blue sea and the green hills, in a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere: a true luxury, the most precious. The staff is exceptionally kind, both at reception and in the restaurant. And the restaurant is the jewel in the crown of the property. Local cuisine is deliciously prepared, thanks to Chef Roberto Tolomeo and his vast experience. The spaghettoni alla Tolomeo are worth the trip alone, fragrant and original in the harmony of the ingredients. And the Spaghetti all'assassina? Unmissable. I've never eaten such delicious citrus-flavored suckling pig, not to mention the desserts. Try it and believe it 👌👏👏👏👏👏"

"Hotel booked and fully paid for on Trip but surprise: when you arrive you must pay mandatory additional costs, in addition to the tourist tax, for a total of €29/day corresponding to “services” (package including card to access the room, cleaning of it, towels for the swimming pool…) therefore an additional addition of 203€ to be paid upon arrival on the 1490€ for two, breakfast only, already paid. You are not allowed to go into the swimming pool without a swimming cap. The breakfast is not great. No small convenience stores around. You have to go to Monopoli for this (it's best to rent a car for the week anyway so you can visit the area). As much as some members of the staff are very friendly, others barely respond to you.. (breakfast room) Overall, we experienced much better for less money. Positive point of the hotel: the rooms are correct. A big thank you to Trips.com for their follow-up during our stay and their professionalism because the costs to be paid in addition to the price already paid are not mentioned anywhere when you book on the internet regardless of the site."
