J ai passé un mois au skanes serail pendant le ramadan avec un copain A peine revenu en France celui ci me manquais déjà et la Tunisie aussi je suis revenu avec deux copains Encore un mois Dans cet hôtel très bien tenu que du bonheur et de belles rencontres de touristes français avec qui nous avons beaucoup sympathise Les chambres très propres et spacieuses côté repas franchement je connais les hôtels a Monastir j y viens depuis 30 ans mention spéciale pour celui ci les cuisiniers admirables Le petit déjeuner du matin un régal La grillade que du bonheur Mention spéciale pour le midi pour le cuisinier et sa fille avec qui j ai beaucoup blague Le chef de salle tip top Aux bars que du personnel qui se démène pour nous Bonjour a Raouf et ses collègues Les femmes de chambres font admirablement bien leur travail Les piscines sont très bien entretenues Une attention pour l équipe dirigeante et sans fayotage Monsieur FETHI son directeur qui tout en étant très discret dirige son établissement d une main de maître je tenais vraiment à le dire car en ayant passé deux mois la bas beaucoup me demandais mais c est qui le directeur Présent du matin au soir tout comme sa garde rapprochée Franchement j ai hâte d y retourner Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les maîtres nageurs au top. Le personnel du restaurant et du bar étaient très professionnels et souriants. L’équipe d’animation faisait le maximum. Nous avons bien ri avec le spectacle avec Fethi. Mention spéciale pour Sama, serveur très gentil et serviable et Karim au bar, toujours souriant et agréable. Ma fille s’est bien amusée avec les toboggans.

Séjour très agréable tant au niveau du personnel qui assure le service de restauration, les animateurs et mention spéciale pour Karol (tatoueur et coiffeur) qui réalise de belles prestations à prix très attractifs. Le personnel d entretien assure également un service de qualité. Pour résumer : séjour au top pour un rapport qualité prix plus que raisonnable. Je recommande.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel. The Food and Drinks have been very good and the people working here have also been very very nice. The Animation team does a great job and its always so much fun talking to them. The shows are very nice and you have many different ones to go to. The rooms are very clean and cozy and the cleaning staff does a great job. All in all the Holiday was much fun and er would think about coming back next year.

This hotel is great for couples and family. Everyday there is different activities and variety of foods. All staff are very lovely. And the animation team make sure your having a good time. Smile is one of the animation staff and he will have a laugh with you. There is so much to do including out of hotel activities. If travelling to Tunisia I recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at the hotel. Food was good with a lot of options for everyone and pizza in the snack bar every day. Rooms are clean and regularly cleaned Animation team was friendly and fun. Nothing bad to say about the hotel would recommend

The animators are AMAZING! Special mention to smile he goes above and beyond for everyone. They interact with the kids really well. The food choices are good and rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard. The beach is also very nice which is on the resort. Everything perfect.

It was our first time in Tunisia and therefore also our first time at the Skanes Serial. The welcome was very warm and friendly. Our room was beautiful and modern and even had a sea view. The food at the buffet is varied, fresh, and delicious. We particularly liked the animation team; they were always in a good mood and kept us entertained. Whether it was dancing in the evening or water polo during the day, you could always have a lot of fun with the animation team. The people behind the bar were always smiling, too. We are very impressed with our first stay at the Skanes Serial and would gladly come back.
