"A small, well-located hotel in Monastir, right on the seafront promenade (perfect for a lovely evening stroll). The welcome was very warm; the gentleman at reception was truly kind and professional. The hotel is a bit dated but acceptable. The room was spacious, with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a beautiful window overlooking the sea (the biggest plus!). The bathroom could use some updating, especially the bathtub, which wasn't very clean, but the rest was fine. Breakfast is simple but sufficient: yogurt, eggs, pain au chocolat, coffee, milk, jam, and margarine. There's a small restaurant, but you can eat outside by the pool, which is very pleasant. Given the affordable price, it's a good deal for a short stay in Monastir. Don't expect luxury, but for a small 3-star hotel in a good location, it's very decent and relaxing."

"I recently spent a wonderful vacation with my friends at this hotel. While the hotel has seen better days, the rooms, though simple and old-fashioned, are clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the variety of food offered is impressive. The pool is clean and refreshing, and there's a beach right in front of the hotel. The section reserved for hotel guests is clean and equipped with beds, but the rest of the beach, mostly occupied by locals, isn't as well-maintained. However, if you stick to the guest area, you'll have a great time. The entertainment staff truly make a difference. Every day, there's a rich program for both kids and adults. You can start your day with yoga, a game of darts, or pétanque, and continue with activities like water polo, pool gym, or dance lessons. Every evening, there's a fantastic show, ranging from discos and quizzes to an amazing Fakir and fire show."

"The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate. The rooms were bright and beautifully laid with welcome chocolate and towel folded to make a lovely penguin"

I couldn't find a place to call them. I arrived at 5 o'clock. I asked them to print out two documents and asked them to get off work. I was given a fight and asked to come at 9 a.m. the next morning. But when 9 o'clock came, I still wasn't given a fight."

"The animation team are brilliant especially GG and Leo they are so funny and very nice. Mike is amazing at the fire show. Hamdi is brilliant as well! Definitely recommend this hotel the location is prefect the beach and pool are brill and all the animation team shows are class. We will be back! Atmosphere is brill and the activities are so fun that the animation team provide petanque, darts, volleyball, footy anything you want they do! I've learnt Arabic as I was here as the team are so kind and helpful they are so fun! Can't wait to come back! We will miss Neptunia and all members of animation team!"

"23:14 4 68 1st Solo trip abroad. WOW. 100% Happy Jun 2025 • Solo Wow.!! Beyond my expectations My Ist solo trip abroad. Not knowing what to expect, I had a warm welcome waiting for me. The animation team were excellent. I'd been there 2 hours & met Mino. He got me to join in with the games they were doing & from then on for the rest of the week I did not feel I was on a solo holiday. Mino sat with me at meal times or 1 of the others would so I wasn’t eatiing alone. Along with Mino, Mike Chico Yugi Raslen & they rest of the animation team make the activities fun They are the best team. Dj Flow is great. Along with his music & the animation team they get everyone up dancing & playing games. Everyday they do stretching Darts aqua fit waterpolo or Volleyball. They have table tennis as well. They are a credit to their manager Manga & the hotel. The food was lovely plenty of variety everyday & the restaurant & bar staff are lovely. The hotel is right on its own white sand beach with lovely warm water to swim in. The pools are very clean & the life guards are always on watch. I visited the spa & had a lovely sauna followed by Hammam scrub a massage & jacuzzi bath. Both the ladies in the spa are lovely along with Don who l booked with. He gave me a very good price There is a small jewellery stand in the bar with some lovely pieces at very reasonable prices. They have a small shop on site where you can buy snacks if you need them Along with small gifts & some lovely bags. They have a gentleman who you can book various trips with. Would I recommend the hotel 100% for solo couples or families. I am already booking to come back."

"Don’t let other reviews put u off!! I was terrified coming after reading reviews and I was wrong to be! Sorry for long review! Myself and my partner were here for 1 week…. Hotel staff are amazing! Can’t do enough for you! Our room was lovely amazing view with sea view and pool view. We were 276 ! Room cleaners were lovely and the room was spotless every day with fresh towels! We arrived at 8.30pm and was told to go straight to the restaurant before it closed for food. Tarek was the luggage man he was fab! Remembered our names the full holiday! Pool man would come and speak to you everyday! They supply pool towels on the loungers! Now I read you don’t get a bed after 6am! We went down at 10 most morning and could choose any bed! Of course the hotels not busy when we came. We are Glasgow Celtic football fans and the animation team chico set up a screen projector in the conference room which I then did screen mirror from my phone for the fans to watch the game! Bar staff are brilliant! Tutti fruit cocktail is the best! Evening entertainment has been sax player, Live singer, live band & karaoke which has been good! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so no shops nearby! There is a shop in the hotel down towards the spa which sells crisps and choc but we got a taxi to the mall of scouss which was £20 each way 40 mins away! Adel was the driver and he was so kind! Told us what landmarks were nearby ect! He waited at the mall till we were ready to come home! In the mall you have kfc Burger King and a supermarket which I would advise to get snacks as after 9pm you can’t get food at the hotel other than room service which u pay for! We booked a spa day! £40 each for 4 hours in the spa area hydro pool steam sauna Rooms with a 30 mins full massage and facial which was lovely!! We have had a lovely holiday! The food is ok always find something to eat! The grilled chicken at the al a carte restaurant which is free 1 night was really good! Hotel lobby bar areas are beautiful! Few things which the hotel could improve on is just the pool at night has no lights so it’s very dark, Nothing for kids to do al all simply add a few little slides and a park kids would be happy! Snack bar while the restaurant is closed would be a good idea simply foods like chips and pizza would be ideal. I would come back again with my partner but sadly wouldn’t bring my children"

"Hotel is clean. Rooms are cleaned daily to a great standard. Hotel is very small, need to plan other activities. “Heated” indoor pool, is not heated. Ac isn’t turned on till June/July. Food is ok, a fair choice. Set meal times. Very limited drink choice for all inclusive. Entertainment team is really good!! They interact with everyone, daily activities to join in with. Not enough sun beds for the number of guest and we went just before the season started. Definitely not enough parasols!! It’s not 4 *"
