Amazing time at one resort, all of the entertainment staff are incredible. Especially Freddie and Bob. They went above and beyond for all of our family! The restaurant is always clean, options for everyone to each including the fussy eaters. All over a great time!!

Прекрасный отель! Были здесь с 25 мая по 4 июня. Классная анимация, еда разноообразная, всем все хватает! Все супер! Нам понравилось! Есть аквапарк, работает по расписанию. Снек бар, паста бар, мороженое. Номера чистые, убирают каждый день. Море замечательное!

Hotel recommandé par voyager flammang et organisé pr Luxairtours je le recomende fortemente pour familles avec enfant comme voyage solo . l'hotel vaut les 4 étoiles de plus les animations du matin au soir sont excelentes ainsi que les animateurs. super agréables. tout le personnel ainsi que animateurs sont à l'écoute de chaque client. les chambres sont bien équipées et propre en fin de mot je vous recommande ce hôtel.

Where do I start. I’d firstly like to say the entertainment team & waiters are amazing. They’re constantly cleaning the hotel too but unfortunately this hotel reminded me of pontins in the sun. A party of 8 stayed, 4 adults & children ages 16,15,5 & turned 1. Food- the Tunisian food was lovely but the English selection wasn’t great. The beans are in a curried sauce. The chicken nuggets cheaper than Iceland. Chips barely cooked & mostly full of oil & usually cold. Pizza barely warm & the cheese wasn’t even melted. The chicken burgers had more breaded coating than chicken. My kids would only eat the pasta but that got repetitive & the last few days just lived off crisps etc from the shop. The high chairs had no straps & we had to try feeding my baby in his pram. The bottoms of the swimming pools was super slippery & seen multiple people falling including myself & children. The pirate ship area was good but always a stench of drainage & never enough space. Rooms - half was new, but flooring was scruffy & scatched. My son’s bed was on top of a lowered dresser so was thinner & shorter than a normal bed. No net curtains in the rooms. The bathroom constantly flooded. Also we was getting electrocuted from the taps rooms 223/234 they fixed it but wasn’t bothered & received no apologies. We had Cockroaches too. Although the mattresses looked new. My niece had bedbugs & also the room they got moved to. We got late checkout & room 277 had bedbugs. I ended up getting the cleaner to spray them .

Just returned from a great 10 days stay away took my granddaughter. An she loved it so many things to do the entertainment team are absolutely brilliant the shows they put on at this hotel are great one of the best hotels in tunisa for food I've ever stayed in an I've stayed in a few by far the best this is a 24hrs resort so food drinks all day an all night my room was clean and fridge was stocked with water an cola an waters you get a bottle from any of the bars here all staff are so friendly for the pool bar to the lobby bar beach bar u guys do an amazing job . An the chef in the restaurant was wonderful could not do enough for us I've have a food allergy an he would cook me gluten free pasta but to be honest I found lots of food I could eat so much choice I can not wait to return I fully recommend this hotel I honestly can not understand some of the reviews on here try for yourself an go with an open mind . One thing I must say give respect too get respect .. I had a great time and was looked after very very well by everyone that worked there . Let's not forget the reception team so helpful and approachable the lady that's books the A la carte restaurant is wonderful lady an couldn't do enough for you Thank you for a wonderful. Stay one resort aqua park and spa .

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un magnifique séjour en Tunisie. L'hôtel était au top. Nous avons tout aimé! De l' accueil du 1er jour par le personnel très agréable et toujours souriant jusqu'aux petites attentions dans notre chambre. Le site est propre et l infrastructure au top. Je recommande pour les familles...Nous reviendrons l 'an prochain avec nos enfants . Le plus de l hôtel sont les animateurs .Bisou des Belges

Best part of our stay was the waterpark, the room was fine for our stay. The only thing I would change is more safe places for baby’s to play, outside entertainment is on a high stage and one night was near the pools . No outside parks or inside play areas for small baby’s or children.
