Brillant staff and complex .intertainment staff are 5 star couldnt make you anymore welcome or do more for you to make your stay the best ever . Restraunt staf were the same brilkant service from all staff in the restraunt food was outstanding wasnt a night you couldnt have found plenty to eat for all the family , couldnt praise the staff and complex any more right from house keeping to bar staff .if you come definetly catch all the showns at night you wont be disapointed.Thanks so much for our stay

Pro's... Bungalow style rooms throughout the majority of the hotel. Our room consisted of 1 X double bed in a large room, and through a door/curtain led to 3 X single beds for our two boys followed by a small garden patio. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Cleaned regularly, fresh towels provided and a hairdryer. Waterpark was great for kids and adults. Open 10-1 and 3-5pm. Entertainment team was great, really good with kids. Friendly but not pushy. We joined in with aqua aerobics, darts, step aerobics, crazy golf & table tennis. We cannot comment on the quality of the night time entertainment as kids club started at 8:30pm, followed by night show at 9:30pm which were a little late for our young children. Food was plentiful with lots of choice (although lots not labelled so no idea what it actually was). I would say lots of choice for adventurous eaters. Staff work very hard...including the dining room staff, the cleaners, the gardeners. Shout out to the man who cleaned around the waterpark pool constantly throughout the day to keep it spotless. Spa is great and can recommend a massage (normally cost £50 but offered us a deal - £80 for 2 massages 50 mins long. We highly recommend booking onto the camel rides and quad bikes with the Ali Baba excursion team. Reception staff very helpful. Hotel right on the beach - some watersports available. Secure beach with police presence. Felt very safe. Cons... Took half an hour to check in (only us and 1 other family checking in) and then to be shown to our room (this felt like forever with 2 young kids at 10:30pm). Very busy dining room at tea time but we always found a table. I feel the hotel could cater for kids more by way of food choice... admittedly my kids are pretty beige eaters but lived off plain pasta, chips and dry bread for a week. I also noticed that most other kids plates were full of the same. Music was very loud around the (waterpark) pool throughout the day, it could be a notch or 2 quieter. We normally do self catering holidays but thought we'd have a go at AI...it cemented to us that SC is better for us. It infuriates us to see people fully taking advantage and cramming 10-15 deserts onto one plate to only take a bite of 1 and then leave everything. Kids left alone to fend for themselves at the burger and ice cream stall leaving dirty plates around and throwing half eaten ice cream cones on the floor to leave the staff to clean up after them. I suppose you seem to find less respectful behaviour at AI. The lad serving at the ice cream stall could do with a customer service refresher course. Burgers and pasta bar served very standard food...don't expect a nice freshly made burger, it's very basic. 1 staff member serving at the lobby bar at 6:30pm just as the dining room was about to open with a queue wrapped around the room. Hotel not really within walking distance to anything. General... Transfer time from airport - 1hr. Hard Rock Cafe - 30-40 mins taxi ride awa

Great entertainment and friendly staff! Daytime activity was great, brilliant for children and mini disco. Daytime activity as great and the foam party too! Plenty to do and very friendly always thank you!!

The cleanist hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I’m talking from a price point of £1500-£1800 for a week all inclusive for 2 adults and 1 child with flights. There’s always something to eat, even if you’re fussy. A big shout out to Med at the main restaurant, he was great and was lovely to talk too. There’s so much to do all the time, the animation team are great, and will listen if you say no. Tipping does go along way, we took British £ coins and tipped £1 if are service was good, we always had a table waiting for us with our drinks when the attentive waiters were working. We tipped our cleaner £5 on the first day and left a note asking if she could do towels like the photos we’d seen and she did , our room was always immaculate. A big shout out to Cali our photographer, our little one hates photos but he managed to get soo many beautiful photos of her, and even after we’d brought the photos, he’d come and check in on her daily….. she tells everyone we meet about him As said by many before, take your own travel mugs and an extension lead and some £ coins and a blanket for the night if you’re using the air con, I had to use our towels We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Ok well not for the faint hearted. Staff lovely especially if you tip. Shower freezing moved after 4 nights. It's like marmite. Entertainment work hard and do a good job. Not for us.

Animation: Absolutely amazing especially Ziko, Ninja, Jackson etc. They were honestly all fabulous and get you involved in all activities. I was even able to join them in one of the shows. I will say that I think they need a bit more relaxation time or even another day off as the job is very tiring and hard The energy they bring to the job is AMAZING. Atmosphere: Always loud and upbeat with music playing and there is always something going on, the hotel has a happy and energetic atmosphere with GREAT shows and service Rooms: I dont think the rooms are terrible, no double beds are a big pain think i fell through the gap a few times haha The safe was an issue on the first day as the last guest had left it locked and i was told that someone from reception would come at 11 am the next day, no one turned up so i made my way to reception once again and i was told someone would be over in 30 minutes. Maybe about 2 hours later someone turned up to open it. I also had an issue with the hairdryer but my first time in june no issues Even with these minor issues I absolutely LOVE this hotel and will definitely be back for a 3rd time
