Lovely hotel for price. Only downside we had suitcases packed ready for home in our room, everything was packed. Once home discovered someone had "taken" 4 brand new outfits belonging to child they were definitely packed. Someone had gone through our luggage, not a nice experience. Also we had 4 days of illness. Will not return to this hotel

Come here with a family of 10. The staff are lovely, can’t do enough to help you. The entertainment staff are brilliant, plenty of games by the pool and great night time entertainment shows 🥰 so friendly, welcoming and you can have great banter with them 10/10 The life guards are also lovely, very helpful, always going out of their way to help you such amazing people 10/10.

Alors étant ete 2 semaines début juillet, je suis tres déçu de cet hôtel, alors il est beau , grand, on mange bien , assez animé, cependant, quand on nous mets " 100% francophones " , cest pour ce foutre de la gueule de qui? On était 5 pleupleu francais , principalement que des anglais , les spectacles le soir vraiment pas terrible , et en plus répéter 5 fois la même phrase en 5 langues différentes ( pour un 100% francophones boff), les chambres ... alors la cest le ponpon, on rentre dans votre chambre sans frapper, et quand ils veulent, ils sont rentrer 5-6 fois alors quon dormais avec mon frere notre jour d'arrivée alors quon dormais après le voyage, une fois jai ete au toilette en apres midi dans la chambre , le mec est rentrer 5-6 fois dont une fois dans les toilettes - salle de bain ! Sympa l'intimité, si vous fermer a clefs , on frappe a la porte 30 fois jusqu'à ce que vous ouvrez ! Vous ne pouvez pas vous reposer ni aller au toilette tranquille , nous avons ete tres déçu, et ne vaux absolument pas les 4 étoiles ! Nous avons fais des 3 étoiles bien meilleurs que ca ! Aucun jeu apéro le soir, et le midi des jeux toujours répétitifs , ils font les animations pour dire on en fait mais pas de créativité, pas de suspense , pas de compétition, vous jouer 1 fois et fini , nous avons donc arrêter de les faires , et passer 2 semaines dans la piscine interdit moins de 16 ans et transate . Pour ma part cette expérience de cet hotel ma confirmé d'arrêter le maghreb , rien à visité, rien a voir, fin bref déçu et ne vous faites pas avoir ce n'est ABSOLUMENT PAS FRANCOPHONE , cest FAUX !

Very dirty place. Pools all dirty, especially the lazy river, can't see to the bottom with goggles on. Glasses and cutlery not cleaned properly. Questionable staff hygiene, seen a few use the toilet and not wash their hands. 3 out of 4 of our party all suffered from illness while there, ruining days of our holiday. Room cleaned once during our stay and at times they took shower towels and didn't replace for hours. If you don't tip you get poor service, if you tip you get great service. Drinks come in thimbles, one swig and it's gone. Photography staff are all nicey nicey, then when you use them and only want 10 photos (not the 50 they take) they get funny with you. Not enough parasols around pool which is a major issue when temperatures over 40 degrees daily. If you want a parasol you need to get up at 4am which is a must if you take small kids. Animation team good in the days . Shows in the evening hit or miss. Water park is ok but not enough rubber rings and all slides not open. Air con in the main buildings is rubbish but was working great in the room we had. Ali baba day trips are good. Would I go back? probably not as 3 days wasted through illness caused by it being so unclean.
