The duty manager on the night of my check-in was quite unprofessional in guiding us with parking, handling the check-in process, and resolving issues. The 0.5 service score goes to the young lady who was on duty the next morning. I'd suggest making instructions for the dryer, as I tried two different drying modes and my clothes still came out damp (the previous guest had the same problem after using it)."

"Our check-in was delayed by over three hours because the hotel was fully booked. The room we eventually got had a design flaw; the temperature stayed at 30 degrees Celsius even with the AC on and curtains drawn. When we brought this up with the hotel, their solution was for us to pay the difference to upgrade to an executive suite! It's absurd that the hotel couldn't provide a suitable room and then expected the guest to bear the cost of changing rooms. The room decor was tacky, and the infrastructure was poorly maintained."
