客棧在4樓樓頂上，有電梯，期望值別太高的話，還可以，衹是房間照明太暗了，讓人感覺有點壓抑，有瓶裝水。

環境不好，枕頭上面有頭髮，上一個顧客走之後感覺就沒有換被套，浴室的花灑也是壞的隨便丟在地上，前台服務差，沒有服務意識，跟她説話愛答不理的，整體下來體驗感差，我就是前車之鑒，希望不要有人踩坑!

可能因為是特價房服務特別差就像欠着前台小姑娘幾十萬一樣一開始給我開的房間是無窗榻榻米我要求換成與圖片一致的有窗户的房間也不説給換還是不給換翻着白眼拿回卡重新拍照重新給我卡衹説一句”樓上第一間”沒了房裡沒有吹風機沒有瓶裝水來前台要都是愛理不理不拿正眼看人別説什麼你好啊稍等啊一句完整的話都沒有要東西的時候不答覆給東西衹有一個字“喏”我要存包回覆的是“放那”我從頭到尾體驗的都是嫌棄沒有服務
