酒店在雙胞胎文化園旁邊，很安靜，服務員們都超級熱情，房間真是又大又舒服，窗户看出去能看到北迴歸線標誌園，房間裏的所有設備都可以小杜控制👍床品也超舒服的，尤其是枕頭，好好好舒服呀，早上的時候外面會有雞叫鳥叫聲，被大自然叫醒的感覺真好。餐廳早餐品種也很多，煮粉面的廚師人也超級好，這次住宿可以説是賓至如歸了，好評。

我覺得你們真的給温德姆這三個字抹黑了，太差勁了，把墨江最好酒店的名牌撕下去吧，你不配做墨江最貴的酒店，請攜程平台或相關旅客擦亮雙眼，體驗感太差了，來這就想遊個泳，結果泳池維護，其實就是怕費水不開放，狠狠被坑了一把，早點也是花樣挺多，不好吃，住宿環境外觀跟圖片嚴重不符。承諾好評返現的行為涉嫌消費欺詐，有截圖視頻為證，如果在我們當地肯定12315投訴他們爭口氣，離的太遠，沒精力跟他們折騰。好自為之吧，大家訂酒店看好了。我也會在其他平台公平合理的評論墨江温德姆醜惡的嘴臉。

虛有其表的温德姆
酒店前台業務不熟練，諮詢了房間有沒有冰箱，需要冷藏東西，回答説有的，等進了房間，到處找遍也沒有，再打電話去前台，説沒有，説可能回覆我的人不知道，呵呵😄
衞生間做乾濕分離很好，但洗漱台就在床邊，又小又醜，而且這樣一搞，淋浴房和衞生間就都很小。
馬桶沒有一次性馬桶套，淋浴間外面沒有墊子（毛巾），洗完澡出來，踩的到處都是水。
沙發抱枕很臟。
早餐很難吃，麪包是現拆開的速凍食品，九點去就已經沒有飲料了，問服務員，説有的，斜着飲料桶給我接了一杯沒氣沒味也不冰的可樂，之後自始至終都沒有補過飲料。咖啡機一直在滴水，滴的地板上到處都是，服務員不知道是沒看見還是怎麼，我提醒了兩遍才有人去打掃。西瓜連皮切的，大拇指大小塊，簡直了。
哦，還有，因為酒店大門外面就是景點，所以很堵，就不再想開車出去，看見大堂外停着電瓶車，就諮詢前台能不能坐到酒店大門口（大門離大堂是一截爬坡路，稍遠），前台回覆沒有這個業務，結果出去多嘴問了電瓶車小哥一句，人家熱情的拉上了我們，説回來也可以坐上來，對前台真的很無語，唯一點贊電瓶車小哥。
總之，體驗感超級差。

來墨江玩住這兒太值了！這次入住的是套房，有個超級無敵大露台，房間乾淨敞亮，床品軟乎乎的超舒服，還做了個小象🐘可可愛愛的，衞浴用品也齊全，還送了水果。前台服務熱情，有問必答，還幫忙推薦景點。下次來還選這兒！
