I used the app to pre-select two rooms close to one another. Those rooms were confirmed upon check-in. I informed the host that the other party assigned to second room would be arriving late. Both rooms were selected and paid for. But when our other family members arrived, the selected room was not available and they were told that the hotel was almost booked. What’s the point of selecting rooms and being guaranteed off the room assignment of the staff will not honor it? I’ve emailed the hotel manager as well as Hilton corporate, but of course I’ve heard nothing back.

There was hair in the shower (not mine). At check in, the girl was sitting on a couch on her phone. Got up, checked us in and immediately walked back to her phone on the couch. Breakfast was eh.

stayed here a few times and not only like the area for the safety and eas for my wife to shop and not worry about getting lost there but the hotel is always clean. My only wish is the beds were a little softer.

Our stay at Tru was exceptional from the moment we arrived and Toi welcomed us at 9:30 pm with warmth and a desire to get us settled into our room with comfort. The next morning Alicia and Melissa were so kind and helpful as my sister and I got our breakfast. My sister and I both have disabilities and walk with a cane. They helped us get what we wanted to eat. The machine with juice would not get cold so one of them went and got me a cup of ice for my juice. They checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. As we were packing to leave, Mr. Terry as he is affectionally called by his colleagues, helped us get our luggage out and loaded into our Vehicle. We did not have to ask him for help, he graciously volunteered to help us. Aundrae was also helpful as we were checking out ensuring that we had everything we needed as we were leaving. This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. After experiencing the phenomenal team at this Tru and the comfort of the room, I will definitely stay at Tru again.
