Good location and near som really good eateries. About 20 minutes from the beach but perfect if ypu don't want to be bothered by a lot of other people.

The hotel was very comfortable, both in room and the lobby and dining areas. While it appeared to be busy, it was quiet on the floors and hallways. All of the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast each morning has a different selection to choose from. Whether one goes first thing or at the end of the serving session, the food is always hot and refilled frequently and coffee is on hand pretty much all day.

Excellent! Sue is the greatest and will answer any of your questions. All hotels have a beautiful cast of characters and Sue is the leading lady that will have all of the answers. She made us feel at home and so taken care of. We appreciate you Sue!

Staff was friendly and helpful, Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel overall was clean and well maintained. Sue especially was helpful, but the whole staff was great. No issues with parking. When I come back to Mobile, I will stay here again.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly, rooms were spacious. Sue at front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She also helped us a book another room later in the month when online showed no availability. They also had a very nice breakfast

Great customer service. Sue was so helpful at check-in and during my stay friendly and professional service. Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Recommendations by staff were extremely helpful. I will stay here again when business brings me to mobile.

You know that feeling after a long day of traveling and you get the warmest welcome ever! That’s how Sue greeted us and answered all our questions and helped us check in quickly even though WE were not prepared all the way. Truly a hospitality at its finest Thank you Ms. Sue!

I have stayed at Marriott properties for the past week. Last night I was in the Springhill Suites in Mobile!!! Thank you for running a lovely property!!! Everything was just wonderful!!!! Clean, quiet, and the staff was so nice!!! Breakfast was delicious as well!!! That is the only Marriott that I stayed at in the past week that gets and A+

We had a great experience at Spring Hill Suites! The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Mrs Sue at the front desk was always assisting us with our needs cheerfully. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be sure to come visit again soon.
