The apartment is upstairs. When pulling into entrance, pull straight forward to park. The unit is in the rear, Apt. D. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch #’s to close the lock box door). There is parking on street if needed. This is a beautiful, clean and very artsy & eclectic apartment exclusively designed and created for hosting guests. Not used by owner. It is on the 2nd floor in the rear of building. It has a separate living room, 2 bedrooms (1 king & 1queen bed) & 2 full bathrooms. Spacious kitchen . The two bedrooms are separate with locking doors. It is located downtown in the historic "DETONTI SQUARE" district. Very quiet with beautiful old homes and large oak trees. It is only 5 blocks from lively 'Dauphin Street' with all of the restaurants, bars and other activities.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great Stay
First time in downtown Mobile. Family had a great two day trip. Property was as described, clean, and easy check in. Plenty of good food/coffee within walking distance of property.

Great stay
Great place to stay, we were in town for cheer competition at the convention center, this was closest stay we could fine , and best priced. The location was great, several cool resteraunts, small markets, wall art, and just a great area. The condo was all that is was described, everything worked as described, we really enjoyed our stay!! Thank you
