Smile Hotel Miyakojima Reviews

I stayed here last year and had a very good impression. I came again this year, but unfortunately the hotel has shrunk in all aspects. There are several missing items for breakfast, and the front desk also puts a terrible rice ball in everyone's lunch box. Is this to save other food after eating? The hygiene is much worse, there is a lot of dust on the tatami, there is mold on the windows, and the floor of the washbasin is black when you wipe it. Basically do not consider the third stay.

I wanted to cancel my reservation due to the Nanhai earthquake but was denied. Later, after watching the news, I felt that nothing was wrong so I went to Miyako Island. The hotel was ok, the beautiful lady at the front desk was very friendly and it was about the same level as Jinjiang Inn and Home Inn in China.

The facilities are a bit old and the hygiene is average. The service is quite warm and good. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. In general, this price and this condition are quite satisfactory.

There are many places to eat around, but you have to book in advance, otherwise it will take a long time to find food. The room is OK, the location is good, and if you want to book breakfast, you need to tell the front desk in advance, and it will be prepared in advance.

Please note that the shuttle bus to the airport must be reserved the day before. The area around the hotel is a busy shopping district, so there are plenty of restaurants.

My wife was very pleased with the tatami room. She also seemed happy to have facilities that would please women.

Check-in is done via tablet. I contacted them and they said it was okay to check in after 10pm! Welcome drinks include coffee, sanpin tea, water, etc. The room was clean and very nice!! I wish there was a mirror on the table! I had a comfortable stay, thank you.

Miyakojima for the first time, the location is the best. It is located in the middle of the downtown area, and if you go swimming in the sea, you don't need an outdoor pool. It would be better if the price was 1,000 yen or 2,000 yen cheaper.

一人部屋だからか少し狭かったが、キレイに掃除され、備品等も揃っていて良かった。 宮古島中心市街に有り、下地島空港利用だったが往復路線バス利用出来て、とても良かった。 宮古島空港には送迎バスが出ていて場所確認で行こうとしたがバスが出た後だったが、スタッフ対応が良く送って貰えた。 部屋の写真を撮ったと思っていたがなかったので海と空港だけw

繁華街にあり、食やコンビニに困ることはなかった。部屋も広く快適でした。

注文していた、部屋が違っていてホテル側のミスではなかったにもかかわらず、部屋を変えてくれました。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。
