This is one of the worst 5-star hotels I have ever stayed in. The actual situation of the room is very different from the photos~ The decoration and furnishings of the room are very basic and have no design style. The sheets were old and had black spots, and the quilt was very uncomfortable. The stuffing inside was balled up! The large windows and curtains in the room were very dirty, which affected the view outside.

I upgraded my room and add on one more bed with breakfast, I force to pay another RM278.32, with same room design but higher floor without complete toiletry set… disappointed!
